I kind of am getting really annoyed at this place. After a pretty good review initially, I’m having a change of heart. THEGOOD: The food is still pretty solid for Chinese TakeOut… I mean… for a $ 5 lunch, it’s pretty fair for what you get. THEBAD: Excuses and Ordering miscues. Incident number one. You can put your order in online for advance. I did so… at 1pm for a 4pm pick up time. Long story short, it is on the way for a very busy night… I planed on picking it up… taking it home so the family can inhale the food… then off to the 60 places we have to go. When I arrive at 4pm… I ask for my order, they don’t have it. I explained I put it in online… they say what do you want we’ll make it now. I politely say… sorry…I have to go… I’ll try another time. She(the owner) kind of yells at me… It Will Take 5 minutes, Just tell me what you want!!! I said again.sorry.another time(while a table full of college aged kids are playing cards at one of the two tables in the restaurant… it was just an odd moment but I felt kind of embarrassed… and I can promise you… I don’t make a scene ever… in fact I’m often accused of being overly polite and too forgiving). FASTFORWARD50 minutes… I get a voicemail… they’re delivering my order… they found it online and will just charge my credit card. WOAH!!! I immediately call… I’m long gone from home and don’t want it now… I said that in the restaurant! Long story short… it all gets resolved… no apology… just an excuse that they didn’t see the order when I put it online at 1pm, etc. Incident number two. I ordered 4 lunches. One of which is chicken w string beans. I ended up with black pepper chicken with onions and peppers. Now between my two problems… I guess I can forgive both… but now I’m in a situation where I’m just irked by the place. After this review… I probably can’t go back because they’ll figure out who I am and I just don’t want the attention. But I guess I’m just done with the place. Too many mistakes… and not enough responsibility taken. Good Luck Happy Wok… but I won’t be part of it. There are too many other places to go that can fit the bill.

Triple yum at a great cost! I splurge every other Friday on a lo mein lunch combo with an egg roll. It’s is a ton of food that last 2 – 3 lunches for $ 8 – 9. The quality is good and consistent! The employees are very friendly! Definitely a good addition to Bethlehem Township!
