Beautiful apartments, great professional management. Dog waste bags everywhere to throw away waste. Recycling, excellent maintenance staff. Really the best in the area. We left for three months for another community and ran back. They know I think they are the best too.

We were tenants at Bethlehem Fields for three years… experienced two owners, three management companies and a whole lot of turmoil. In the interest of fairness, this review is based only on the current management company. On one hand, it was great to have Boyd/Wilson come in. They brought the capital to finish the development, which had unfinished buildings sitting for over a year. They brought in new management staff that was sorely needed. And they finally started some of the improvements to amenities that had been promised since we signed our first lease. On the other hand, anyone who moves here under the impression that they are the luxury apartments that are advertised will be sorely disappointed. We had been promised one of the earlier buildings, which had the hardwood floors, the nicer appliances, etc. Two weeks before our move, we were switched to a newer apartment, where cost cutting had taken the front seat. Cheap laminate floors, cheapo appliances(even my 20+ year old apartment from before this one had a self cleaning stove) and extremely delayed maintenance(our handrail to the building was rusty when we moved in and was never touched once in three years). They’d focus on maintenance like cleaning the carpets every few weeks but never seemed to get that our complex was starting to look a bit dumpy. A brand new apartment complex should not have the maintenance needs that our unit required — I’ve never lived anywhere where appliances broke so often and finish work was so poor. Plus our key deposit wasn’t returned for weeks past their legal requirement. Making me chase you over $ 50 after living in an unpainted apartment for three years makes me a little cranky.
