Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Walked in the door, wasn’t acknowledged for at least 10 minutes and that was by a guy taking out the trash. Most of the time I was there the staff was having personal conversations behind the counter. I Looked at jewelry, and someone finally asked if I needed help; I said yes. She said she’d be right back. She wasn’t. Someone else came by several minutes later and asked I needed help. I again said yes and she said she’d be back. She went over and helped the previous staffer with someone who had already made her selection. I left, putting items that I did not need assistance with back. Not the first time I’ve been ignored at this store. It will be the last though.

Bethlehem, PA
Great silversmith shop and for nice gifts including art glass. They will also make made to order original pieces. I have many pieces from there. Love them.
