Being born and raised in Brooklyn, NY I know great Italian food. This is very good Italian food. The bread is great, chicken parmigiana was awesome, fried calamari was to die for. The ones to complain about this place are the ones that love Olive Garden.

Wow! We had a ball and enjoyed every morsel of the food. I dined on chicken Parmesan, jumbo shrimp scampi and petite sirloin. For dessert we ordered cannoli, with cheesecake and expresso chocolate cake. Wowser!!! Delicious!!!

I don’t understand the negative reviews on this restaurant but went here with my wife for the second time in about a year and it was fantastic. The hostess was nice and the waiter service was pleasant and accessible who checked in with us during our meal. The food was delicious from the bean soup to veal parm and my wife’s crab stuffed ravioli. We will definitely be back again.

The appetizer was wonderful. Had calamari with a wonderful saice. The chopped salad and minestrone soup delicious. Fresh roll with two kinds of bitter. My chicken parm was tasteless with the Mariana saice on spaghetti wss yuck. My husband had. Shrimp with linguini and that was excellent. Our waitress was Sara and she was excellent. The wait for the entrée was too long. The manager came to is to apologize and gave us a free dessert to take home.

Three of us decided to give this place a try for dinner on a Wednesday evening and looking back it would have been a good idea to go elsewhere. We asked for a table for 3 but were told they had no open tables, but the restaurant looked half empty. I used the open table app and found a seating for 10 minutes later and then were seated begrudgingly by the hostess who looked surprised to see us back with a reservation. The waitress was friendly but the food was something Emeril would be ashamed of. The pizza was comparable to a Lunchables and the chicken left two of us running to the bathroom the next day. Long story short: $ 85 for three people to eat a subpar meal. My recommendation is to find another place to eat.

NAHSON. Emeril, if I wanted to eat a Frisbee I would’ve gone to Petco or something. The pizza was bland and stale. I was drunk af and look one look at this disk of dough cheese and I sobered up and didn’t talk for the rest of the night and went to sleep depressed. Even Ellios it 100x better. As I am writing this review I’m periodically glancing looking up at the box of pizza and just getting sad.

I honestly don’t understand why anyone could speak bad about this place. People base there opinions on a one time experience. I am sure those same people cannot say they haven’t experienced bad service once at other places they go to. Even the best of resturants have a bad service night. I diverge, the service was very impressive especially because I was going into the restaurant thinking this was a problem. People that complain about bad service problem are rude people to being with. With that said rude people get crappy service. If you are rude and expect the world to revolve around you well your opinion really doesn’t matter. Besides the service being excellent the food was good. The best? No but good enough for me to go back. On the bad side the place was very empty which means this place most likely will not be sticking around. My experience overall was enjoyable.

I LOVETHISPLACE!!! I’m Italian and I really enjoy this place. Where do I even begin? I guess with the drinks. I either get a soda or a Sangria, usually they do different sangria’s and I’ve never had a bad one. Don’t get the boring white or red, get the special because it’s a special for a reason! The bread! Oh so maybe just 2 – 3 loafs to start. It’s delish! The whipped butter is good but the real special treat is every day they do a different flavored butter. My favorite will always be either the pesto butter or the rosemary and roasted red pepper. God I could eat them with a spoon! The appetizers are pretty good but the meats and cheeses is where it’s at! I usually get 6 meats and 6 cheeses. The portions use to come on a cool butcher block but they have really scaled it down which is a disappointment. Viva la Buffalo Mozzarella!!! It’s the best. I also love the prosciutto and sopressa! The Sausage soup is so good it will make you want to smack yo mama! but be careful because she is one spicy bitch. The entrée’s are excellent as well I never had one I didn’t like. Spent the extra few dollars and get the size of the garlic spaghetti, you won’t be disappointed. The desserts are good, I usually never have room for them.

The food was good but the service was lacking to say the least! Once the waitress took the bill with my credit card she disappeared for 10 minutes! She knew we were in a rush to go see a show at the convention center. When she returned, my credit card was missing from the bill! It took her another 10 minutes running around the restaurant to find my credit card. Needless to say we were not happy and will not be returning.

The Italian Table visit was ruined by the rude hostess, lack of high end food, and the TV’s everywhere. I don’t need a 20 inch television in my face in the dining area of a slightly pricy Italian restaurant. It’s not a Sports Bar FFS… Waitress tried to squeeze 2 of us at a 4 person table in between a large party of 20 and 3 other tables of 4. all along the walls were empty 2 person seating and she huffed when we asked to move somewhere else. We made a reservation after all and there was so much empty space. made us stand in the middle of the dining room next to people while she called the front to see if it was ok. perhaps it’s not her call, but it just seemed like we were bothering her… and perhaps we were… but intimate couples tables were empty when we got there. and empty when we left. and it shouldn’t have been an issue regardless. But she did move us and it was fine in the end. perhaps she was just having a bad day and we were the end of it with a complaint. My wife and I ordered a Anti Past appetizer. $ 16 for what we got was a waste. skip the warm meat and cheese. I ordered a shrimp scampi on some pasta. Bland, Boring, 4 shrimp on the whole bowl. Who orders a shrimp scampi dish and only get 4 shrimp. Tasted like nothing and as much as I stirred the bowl it was not improving. My wife had a lemon chicken dish of some kind. She ate about a 3rd and gave up. went back to picking at the olives and beets from the appetizer. It looked amazing and golden brown. smelled delicious to me and tasted nicely of lemon and herb. It was mostly dark meat which m wife isn’t a fan of so perhaps it was just a bad choice on her behalf. It wasn’t a $ 90.00 meal… but that’s what I had to pay. Waiter was really friendly and attentive. Only thing that earned this review the second star. He couldn’t have been nicer In my opinion… skip The Italian Table.

This is a nice upscale Italian restaurant. I had the lasagna which is the best I’ve ever had. The texture was perfect and there was a lot of nice cheese and tomato sauce. The prices are higher than most Italian restaurants I have been to, but then again this is a celebrity chef’s restaurant so the price gouging is to be expected. You need to have a reservation at all times even if there are tons of open tables. I had to wait over two and a half hours for my reservation which was annoying since there were at least ten open tables available when I made the reservation. Other than that the food is good and this is a very nice restaurant to splurge at if money is no object or you just hit the jackpot at the casino.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The wait staff were friendly. The food was good. We started with the Chef Antipasti Sampler — it had cheese, meats, olives, roasted pepper and artichokes. Delicious. We also had the calamari — they were really good not rubbery at all. The sauce that it came with was delicious. Not the typical marinara sauce. I picked for my entrée the chicken piccata and it came with ravioli. It was really good. I would definitely go back if I am ever in Bethlehem, PA.

I’m surprised a celebrity chef would associate his name with this place. The chicken piccata is like a microwave dinner.

Wasn’t expecting much here based on previous reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Service was friendly, food was delicious, and drinks were great. The execution of service and overall experience could be improved with a few minor tweaks. For example, the restaurant lighting was bright and could be dimmed for a more intimate experience. The volume in the restaurant also seemed too quiet, and some much would have been nice(I think music was playing but I couldn’t really hear it). We could hear the tables next to us and what they were talking about. Finally, while the service was friendly it could have been sharper with respect to placement of dishes, knowledge of food, and attentiveness, etc. But let’s focus on the good: the food and drinks were great. The bread was excellent. The pizza crust flavor was spot on, although I would have preferred a crispier crust and and less toppings. Calamari was fresh tasting. The entrees were top notch and the Emeril’s take on a cannoli was great. Give this place a try and hopefully a few minor tweaks will improve the overall experience.

To say I’m surprised to see such bad reviews is an understatement. I dined here last night with my husband &2 friends. I had the chicken parm w/garlic spaghetti — amazing! The chicken was crispy, the red sauce was delish & the garlic spaghetti substitute was a great addition. My husband had the Grilled Filet Mignon Medallions. The filet literally melted in your mouth & the sauce on the steak was reallllly good. His plate was cleaned in 10 minutes, that’s how much he loved it. My 2 friends both got the Crab & Spinach Ravioli. They raved about the cream sauce. The spinach ravs were perfectly cooked & really tasty & the jumbo crab meat on top was a perfect addition. The whole meal plus some drinks came out to $ 140 total! We were beyond happy with the service, the food & the price points. Def. a gem in Sands Casino.

There are very few options for dining out on Christmas day in Bethlehem, but with my grandfather moving and us in a hotel, I needed to find somewhere for us to eat. Luckily Emeril’s had reservations on Open Table. Since I live in Vegas, going to a casino to eat is normal to me, but my family found it a bit odd to walk through the casino floor to get to the restaurant. Once we arrived however, the slot noise and smoke disappeared and we were in a cozy brick adorned space that was rustically charming. We arrived at the restaurant about ten minutes before our reservation time and happily we were seated almost immediately. Our server came right behind the hostess to take our drink order. Since we had not reviewed the wine list yet, we just got waters, but when she came back with bread and water we ordered a nice bottle of red at a reasonable price. We started with the prosciutto shrimp for $ 12. It was okay, but a little bland and only good for about 2 people. For an entrée, I tried the Chicken Marsala with Rapini for $ 18. The chicken was pounded thin and was juicy, the marsala sauce was traditional and flavorful. The rapini was a little bitter. I also tasted the Chicken Parmigiano, also $ 18. It was really good. There was something special in the chicken coating(Romano cheese maybe) that gave it a a more robust flavor profile. The red sauce was also zesty. Yes, I had a little entrée envy going on. For dessert we decided to share a couple orders of house made cannoli. $ 7⁄3 mini cannoli. This is not something I would order again. They were way too lemony and tasted nothing like traditional Italian cannoli.

Great location in the casino and interior was a little like a diner. Nice pizza oven and anti pasta bar was pretty cool. Wait time was a bit long. Plenty of open tables that needed to be reset. Waitress, Greta, was very nice and capable. Antipasti was good, salad over dressed and soggy. Veal Marsalis wasn’t a good choice but the chicken under a brick was better. Basically like a diner, thought it was going to be better

Very disappointed! My colleague and I ate here last night, and I’m sorry I didn’t read the Unilocal reviews first. We made reservations in advance and still had to wait with others at the front for five minutes – they had plenty of open tables. It took about 10 minutes before a server actually came to our table and she was very pleasant and attentive… until she started serving the loud table of 15 who were seated just after us. Our calamari appetizer was pretty good – not the best I’ve ever had, but decent. The Caesar salad, although sizeable, was bland and ordinary. We both had chicken parm and mine was difficult to cut(very overcooked). I will say that the fettuccini Alfredo was pretty good. That’s it. Once our server dropped off the check, we waited well over 10 minutes before another server finally came and took our payment. It ended up being about a 1.5 hour event that seemed like an eternity. Emeril should be embarrassed to have his name associated with this establishment.

Some good, some bad. Prices are reasonable enough, but this place just doesn’t live up to the food & service expected at a place Emeril is putting his name on. The bread was excellent… nice touch with the special spreads, but it would have been nice to have a saucer for the olive oil on the table. Waitress(who was incredibly nice but appeared to be hitting the wall for the night) asked us if we wanted more bread, and when we said yes, took our bread plates away and then brought us more bread. Kind of like the straws she promised but never did. Tried to order two different drinks from the menu and were told that they were«unavailable» that evening(really weird, no?) and settled on a very unimpressive glass of prosecco. My husband went with the pineapple mint mojito… too much sugar, but the flavor would have been excellent without that. After two pseudo failed drinks, we switched to water for the evening. Apps popped up quickly and were good… the fried mozz comes with a great tomato/roasted pepper garnish that is delicious. The EIT salad was also well done. Portion sizes were good. Main courses felt like they took a bit, but only because people around us were getting good more quickly. Chicken piccata was decent, but nothing I couldn’t get at a local random Italian place. Husband really liked his salmon. Desserts were okay… cannoli were better than the tiramasu. It was fine… and with the Restaurant Week pricing, it wasn’t bad. But I was expected spectacular like Emeril’s other restaurants, and this just isn’t it.

Tough location, but that is just my opinion. I’m not a fan of the mall style set-up of the Sands Casino. I’m not a huge fans of casinos period. However, once you enter Emeril’s they do their best to make you forget what is on the other side of their walls. The service was friendly and attentive. You definitely feel like you are in a chain restaurant, but a higher end chain. The dining room is very large, and laid out nicely. Table spacing is great. Only real knock is that you have to walk about a ¼ mile to get to a restroom. The portions are huge, but we enjoyed everything we had. They serve great basic pastas, Italian classics, as well as other dishes. I had a fantastic autumn chicken dish. They also serve what looked to be tasty pizzas. All in all, a good experience here.
