I’m sorry that I had to give them one star in order to write a review. FedEx doesn’t even deserve that. My mattress was shot and I ordered a new futon mattress to be delivered by the end of today(12÷9÷15) to replace the old boxspring. I heard futon mattresses are better for your back. The FedEx driver delivering two bottles of nail polish told me that my mattress didn’t fit on his truck this morning, so his boss is «right behind him to deliver it». That never happened! He just wanted to placate me. My box spring? I paid my son and a friend to take it to the township dump.
I guess I shouldn’t have trusted FedEx tracking information«on the truck to be delivered by the end of day» today. It said that all day… if it didn’t fit on the truck this morning, why did it say it was on the truck? Guess what? I’M SLEEPINGONTHEFLOOR ! I will never again assume they know what they’re doing at FedEx. And you shouldn’t either!

just had an order shipped from a car parts company, and I have had issues with my address in the past because our zip is a very small location but this time was ridiculous. for starters, the package was to be delivered on Thursday 6÷11÷15, but did not receive a notice there was an issue until Friday the 12th. next they informed me that the address was incorrect. not sure how they got the billing address but they did, and they tried to use it… its a p. o box… they should know better. finally after getting to my whits end going back and forth over email to have the address sorted out they told me the package reached its destination on Monday the 15th. THEYSHIPPEDITTOTHEWRONGHOUSEANDWONTRETURNMYEMAILS. Thank you FedEx for reestablishing my love for the post office and UPS. I hope I am able to get my $ 200 in car parts sometime in the near future. your careful and«helpful» service will surely be used in the future… not…

Bad Bad Bad… I never thought the day would come that i would have to rite a bad review for Fedex, but that day has come. I was shipping my boxes and the person at the counter started accepting the the boxes. The transaction started off on the wrong foot with no greeting. Then she measured the boxes, all the boxes were measured wrong. Given it was going Fedex 2day to Phoenix it was was going to be pricey, but adding 2 inches to the Dimentional size is just adding more to the price that is needed. Then the icing on the cake I had a white Fedex Tube, Now come on those boxes have a set size of 6×6×38 how can you get the dims of 7×7×39 which was entered, Second she should have had me fill out a second form where the white tube shouldn’t of been priced as a brown box. When I got home I recreated the same transaction on the FPOS and it proved that I was over charged. The Fedex Tube could have gone Fedex One rate which at the time was not offered. The total bill was over charged by 30.00 dollars. Check and recheck your box sizes ensure everything is accurate & get a price qoute from the web site. Lastly 2 years ago I shipped another box from this location had a similar bad experience, & my box arrived badly beat up and compressed down 2 inches. There is a problem here with that employee two different visits & both were not pleasant. I will not be back to this location«ABEA»
