We were going to eat somewhere but the wait was too long so we decided to give this place a try, no regrets. Really enjoyed it, food was served quick and was delicious.

Great coffee! I can never decide whether I want sweet or savory. So I always bring someone along to order both and share. Haven’t had a crêpe I didn’t like. Only drawback is the limited seating.

I used to absolutely love this place, the quality was excellent and I would come in every couple of weeks. However, I hadn’t gone in a while and now the last two times my crepes have been subpar, was there a change in cooking styles or staff? Both times my crepes have completely fallen apart when trying to eat it, they’ve been fully saturated in the sauce, and once they forgot an ingredient which I did not realize until 20 min away otherwise I would’ve asked for a new one. I’m just disappointed that the quality has not kept up with growth, hopefully that can turn around.

I went here with a friend after a night of drinking. She had heard of it and wanted to try it out, I didn’t think much of having crepes for breakfast,?whatever. The woman behind the counter greeted us and explained the menu and gave us a little history on the place. She was totally genuine and awesome and I was happy we had chosen to come. The place was full, we waited about 15 minutes, it’s a tiny spot but they make the most of it and we waited at the bar rail comfortably. Our crepes came, we left and ate them on the way home. BESTBREAKFASTDECISIONEVER!!! Love this place. Btw, I got the turkey lurkee.

I came here strictly after reading the reviews on Unilocal. The building and space is somewhat hard to find because the sign is unassuming but it’s worth taking the extra minute to look closely for the place. The staff is extremely friendly and the food was amazing. I had a special of the day crêpe for lunch and was stuffed. They have a good mix is savory and sweet options. Highly recommended !

I was on a business trip 2 weeks ago decided to check out this place because Its great reviews. And I was not disappointed. Since the moment we walked in we were greeted which much enthusiasm and hospitality. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpfull, I loved that the first thing she did was offer us coffee the moment we walked in. I will definitely go back when I’m in the area. PS: cleaver name you got there Full of Crêpe :)

Very nice, attentive service, friendly staff, decent prices, and delicious crepes. I tried the«old faithful» crêpe which was pretty damn amazing. I will make a point to eat here again when I’m in this part of PA again.

Tried this place for the first time. It’s small inside and has a nice homey feel. So many options I almost didn’t know what to choose. I got the special The Bonzer with chicken, bacon, mozzarella, cheddar, mushrooms, and honey mustard. It was especially good. Even got a little tutorial on «how to properly eat it». Very helpful and fun. Comes in a large sleeve that you can even tear down easily making it much easier to eat. I’d come back here in a minute. Other options I want to try.

Was very pleased and satisfied with two specials. Everyone has their own taste. This place is definitely worth trying. Im a man. I’m meat and potato not so much sold on all the organic but I definitely search for that type of food. I love people that do it small and right. So if organic taste better which it does I’m all for it anytime. But not everything is organic that is stated organic nothing to do with this restaurant of course this is in general. I believe they offer gluten-free but I’m sure it’s not a gluten-free kitchen so be careful. I had something with broccoli and bacon and I don’t think the Broccoli was fresh I could be wrong. My girl had one of the other specials. She said the spinach was very good and fresh. We almost walked away because it looked closed. I think I would almost give it five stars. Service is fantastic can watch them cook in the window. Very small place not much room so takeout may be necessary but still worth trying. I am extremely picky and have given some bad reviews to places that deserved facts. This area is begging and thriving with little places. But they are so hard to find because only the crappy one stand out. We need more bad reviews on Unilocal. So we can find the gems because I am having a hard time.

Delicious! This place is perfect for a quick breakfast or quick bite any time, really. I haven’t ever encountered a crêpe here I don’t totally love. They also have strong coffee that’s worth the wait. One million thumbs up!

Full of crêpe is one of my favorite lunch spots in bethlehem. The lines can get long so make sure you order ahead to avoid a long wait.

Its as close to a real creperie as we will get here in the US. Their crepes are a little more substantive than a few other crêpe places, but I think thats because they don’t overcook their crêpe. Slightly crispy but not too crispy is the key(at the edges). That really helps the on-the-go eating and also helps keep its ingredients in when you eat in in or out of the restaurant. Ingredients were delicious, though I think at least one of the other creperies in the area had slightly better quality(a few homemade items too at other places). I have found this place to be the one to fill their crepes the most. I can easily get three meals out of one crêpe… if it lasts that long! Overall, their small shop is very reminiscent of a true creperie-which some tend to be just street carts or very small shops with standing room and only a few chairs. I prefer this place out of the others in the area.

A lot of the reviews I’ve seen for Full of Crêpe are similar. «Great food, small, not a lot of seating, etc.» which I could sort of understand because it is a small location, but I think the cocept is being missed. This is a fresh, made to order shop. It’s on the go! It’s fresh, dynamic food made hot and in a crispy crêpe, ready to go in a little crêpe pocket. The shop isn’t made to be a sit down, camp out and write your doctoral dissertation destination. The concept is to re-invent the way we do «on the go» because that has come to mean low quality. This concept is made to fit big cities and small town atmospheres lake and it’s doing just that. Full of Crêpe is consistent, satisfying, DELICIOUS and fresh. The menu is vast but not so much so that you get lost or that it brings down the performance of the kitchen. The employees and owners are helpful, inviting and very friendly. The crepes are unlike I’ve had anywhere else(and I make it a point to give a creperie a go when I see one). All that I haven’t even gotten to the coffee yet! The coffee is organic, single origin coffee. It is absolutely incredible and the couple that runs the company– I have never met anyone so passionate about fair trade business or the ecology of the industry. The brew is always on point and the coffee is always a perfect pipping hot pour over. Lastly– this shop has come a LONG way. I remember the first week it opened it was standing room only and I mean that. Two people could maybe fit at the counter to place and order and there was consistently a line down the block. Each crêpe was made in front of you and it was heaven in a cape pocket. After the expansion, the quality is just as high, if not higher, the menu is more refined, the service is faster, they can brew larger amounts of coffee, there’s a beautiful front of house set up, a bathroom, sleek looking dinning area and terrific music. I HIGHLY recommend this shop, the food and the service. Excellent place!

I’ve come here every day for a week, and it’s the most delicious thing in this whole town. I’ve had five strawberry and Nutella crepes this week, and I don’t regret a single moment. Gluten free and Vegan options abound, extra friendly service, and if there’s a wait it’s totally worth it!

Walked in to the tunes of Melanie Fiona & knew I was in for goodness. Not much seating but I knew that going into it. I arrived on a Sunday around noon and all tables were occupied so we ordered to-go. By the time we placed our order and waited a few minutes a table opened up so we were able to stay and enjoy our crepes. I ordered their Kid(something or another) without tomatoes and, let me tell you, it was by far the best crêpe I’ve ever had. I’m the slowest eater and was the first to finish. Coffee was just okay. I’m a strong lover of coffee so I’m a tough customer but I did appreciate that they do pour over coffee. I wish this place was closer to me. I’d add this to my weekly rotation. It has great vibes to top it off!

3.5 stars. While in PA, I decided to look for a good lunch option. Fellow Unilocalers brought me to this super cute creperie! Their crepes are great and they got the texture down, not too light or too heavy. They have a good selection of crepes to choose from or you could always choose your own fillings! We ordered«The Bond Girl» and one of their specials, «The Bonzer.» I tried both and they were delicious, but I tend to go with sweet crepes. We didn’t have to wait too long for them, less than 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s a cozy place with just a couple of tables so I imagine seating isn’t always easy. Last thing, maybe they ran out of plastic knives, but I thought it was odd that they only had plastic forks? I made do with two forks though… All around, it was a great lunch option and I would recommend them if you’re passing through or craving a crêpe!

We’ve been here the first time when the location had no seating area. The new seating area is a nice touch in addition to serving drip coffee– nice upgrade! We ordered the«Christy Cristo», «Moravian sugar cake with Nutella» and the«beast». The Moravian sugar cake was the best out of the three. The two savory crepes were tasty but we felt that the flavor were rather on the light side. The«Christy Cristo» listed maple syrup but we couldn’t taste any hints of it… The coffee was strong yet smooth a great compliment to the crepes. Overall it was an above average experience due to the coffee and the sweet Moravian sugar crêpe. Love the local business and will be back to support!

What a great Crepery! I highly enjoyed my first experience and will be back again! For a Sunday morning, I expected it to be busy, which it was. It’s small inside so if there’s a wait, you cram inside or wait outside after you order. The choices of Crepes had me excited. It was hard to just pick one! Two thumbs up for the coffee. One recommendation for the business is that it needs outdoor seating. :)

My buddy and I were both tired of the ubiquitous hotel breakfast buffets and decided that it was time for a change. Unilocal came to the rescue and stirred us in the direction of this little gem. We both ordered the Taylor Made — a crêpe with eggs, bacon, crème cheese, pecans and syrup. While the syrup, eggs and bacon did not really intrigue me, it actually worked well together. I would probably try a sweet one next time. Service is great and so is the food.
