Ruby’s Floral Factory

Sadly I cannot give anything more than a one star review. My floral arrangements (2), did not meet the specifications given upon ordering.

I wish there was a sixth star I could give Ruby’s Floral Factory. I ordered flowers for what I thought was a Monday memorial service. On Sunday morning I discovered the viewing was Sunday evening, not Monday. But Ruby’s is closed on Sundays!
Regardless, I took my chances and messaged Ruby’s on facebook about my situation. In less then a half hour, Keith (an angel who works there or who owns Ruby’s) messaged me back saying they are closed but he would go in and make sure flowers made it there! When does that kind of kindness happen anymore?
Even before the wonderful favor occurred, my experience with Ruby’s was fantastic. When I ordered the flowers with Keith, he was so enthusiastic and eager to help and was just an overall sweetheart.
Thank you Keith and Ruby’s. I wish every business had the class and kindness that you do.

I stopped in on a whim to pick up something for myself for my birthday, and told the owner that I didn’t know what I wanted, just that I wanted something «pretty». He exceeded my expectations. After showing me his fresh delivery of tropical flowers (apparently he gets new kinds all the time) and adding some personal touches, he arranged a bouquet that I’ve would’ve imagined would have taken a half hour. He was inviting and took the time to get to know me, which resulted in an arrangement that was so perfect for me.

Rubys is unlike any florist! They are so personable, unlike the flower shops that caterer to the 1800, Tela & the like. The last time I called Rubys I wasn’t sure what I needed & through a series of simple questions they were able to put together a one-​of-​a-​kind floral arrangement that was exquisite! Every time I deal with Rubys the answer to everyone of my inquiries is, «Not a problem.» That will keep me coming back and referring all my friends.

Stopped in on my way home from work, wanting to see of they could make up something cute and little for my daughter’s 8^th birthday. Just a little arrangement she could put on her desk. The gentleman there was so helpful and made the cutest, age appropriate vase. He really listened to what I wanted, don’t to «sell me up», and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Price-​wise was equal to any generic arrangement you’d get at the grocery store, except I got a one-​of-​a kind piece! Would definitely recommend.

Keith your floral arrangements are simply stunning. Your designs are so creative and just stunning and the flowers are always fresh as can be. It’s a pleasure working with you and I will be back for all my floral needs. I can’t wait to send more arrangements to friends and family.

Recently I was married in New York City and I used Ruby’s Floral Factory to provide flowers for my wedding reception.
One of the employee’s, Jenny, on the day of my wedding drove out to New York in a van with all my flowers to set everything up for me. She was very respectful given that it was a same-​sex marriage and also extremely professional during the whole process.
The roses and tulips were stunning and were extremely fresh and full of color and life. I wanted something simple, classic and beautiful and she delivered just that. I cannot express the gratitude for the work she and Ruby’s Floral Factory provided to me and my party.
If you are looking for a florist in PA or in the NYC area, please do not hesitate to call and speak to someone within this business. They are professional and will go to great lengths to make sure you get exactly what you want and need on any special occasion.
