I’ve been to this location once before and didn’t experience a problem. I’m short on cash right now and decided to get a Meatball Marinara from the $ 2 6in customer appreciation promotion. I got the 6in sub and a cookie. The order came out to $ 4.88. Like how? It should’ve been $ 2 for the sub plus $ 0.60 for the cookie, $ 2.76 with tax. I didn’t catch it until after I had already left. I know being charged an extra $ 2.12 isn’t a big deal, but it shows that they don’t update their POS system during promotions. It’s even advertised on the menu board that the 6in meatball sub is $ 2! Like, how to do not realize it’s incorrect in the system? On the bright side, the raspberry cheesecake cookie was delicious.

I’ve been to this particular location 3 times out of the 13 years I’ve been living in Bethlehem. 2 of the times I felt I had an issue w/​freshness. I only stopped at this location b/​c of its proximity b/​n my house and school. I always leave regretting going there. The most recent time I got a pepperoni pizza (yeah i know — pizza is not their expertise, but i’ve HAD the pizza from there before and i enjoy it!) — anyways the pepperoni were old or something. (see pics) They looked and tasted bad. Another night i went they were slow and chatty w/​each other. I just don’t like that location. At all! I go out of the way to go to the other locations 5 minutes away.
