Brick may have just surpassed Lehigh Pizza(southside Bethlehem) and Pase Mio(Fogelsville) as my favorite pizza place. Fantastic thin-crust, and very willing to serve those of us who want dairy-free pizza. I will definitely be recommending to others.

Place is pretty small, glad they accept reservations. Despite it being a bar atmosphere the acoustics were quiet enough to enjoy dinner & conversation with friends. My friend got a Philly Cheese Steak and Fries and tried A Summer Love Home Brew because they didn’t have Coors light on Tap. His wife tried a 12 inch tomato/basil pie. She let me try a piece. I thought it was ok. Honestly I think their Sicilian pies are far tastier. My wife got a Italian Vegetable Panini with a Balsamic Dressing for Dipping with Sweet Potato fries. She had to ask for more dressing for dipping. The portion of fries was ginormous can never quite understand why some places persist on giving a pound of fries per customer and obviously double deep fried. We like our sweet potato fries baked. My wife had a few. I tried the meatball parmesan sandwich on the flakiest fluffiest bread, it had wonderful flavor and just the right amount of sauce & mozzarella. I also had a chef salad with Blue Cheese Dressing on the side with the perfect amount of tang but think I am stickler for joints that have chunky blue cheese dressing. For dessert My friend dove into a cannoli, his wife had Chocolate Pie and my wife and I share some delicious almond pudding. I only have two minor complaints. The tables aren’t very big to accommodate their plates. I was still eating my salad when the meals came and the waitress asked if she could take away my plate, but I was far from done. I pretty much had no choice but to finish it immediately because of the lack of space. Also, Me & My wife and my friends wife all had unsweetened Iced tea we asked for a refill but the personally but a pitcher and refilled our glasses which was A-Ok except, the pitchers were filled with Ice and essentially it was barely there tea flavored ice water. If I return it will most likely just be my wife and I to share a pizza.

This is probably my favorite restaurant in town. The garlic knot pizza is to die for and so is the grandma pie. The service is quick and friendly. Also the Gorgonzola salad is a must have!

Rosannn’s pizza across the street was our first choice, but they’re closed on Sundays. We had cheese bread, and had to ask for marinara, which is weird. We had buffalo chicken pizza, which was average at best. They do, however, have a good variety of beer and a nice clean dining room.

Stopped here after a long journey from the west coast, recommended by a friend. Arrived around 8pm on a Friday and place was packed. I used open table to reserve a table. Was seated around 8:10. Waitress took drink order quickly then we sat several minutes for drinks. I could see bartender from my seat and drinks were ready quickly. Ordered appetizers. The mozzarella balls were actually bites the size of a nickel. They lacked flavor as did the marinara sauce. I ordered a meat lovers pizza and it was ok. The part was the dough. The meats were average. Service was ok, the waitress had a very large group to wait on with no support. I can’t fault her completely for our less than attentive service. Food, it was average.

Nice space. Very nice staff. Nice beer options. But the average-ness of the pizza will keep me away. We went because they advertise having a gluten-free option. My wife ordered the gluten-free margarita pizza. It was an overdone cracker like crust with a comically sparse topping of sauce and fresh mozzarella. My regular gluten pizza was unremarkable. It tasted like what I remember eating at Pizza Hut years ago. If you want a high quality gourmet pizza in the Lehigh Valley head over to Molinari’s.

I like the calamari and the pizza! I recommend this place as a nice neighborhood bar with TVs and good food! Anyplace with Italian hotdogs is a win! Enjoy!

Stopped in for a quick bite at 6:30 on NYE. This place was hoppin but they quickly sat us at the bar. Brick has an extensive Italian menu, but pizza obviously is its forte. We ordered two HUGE pies and were able to comfortably enjoy them at the bar.(how many pizza/booze joints can say that?) Great thin crust, delicious and HELLA fast. This restaurant was packed but food was still coming out of the kitchen quickly. Bravo team! If you like a cocktail, you can go to Brick for that alone. They have one of the better drink and beer menus in the Lehigh Valley. Erica was our bartender and she was AWESOME. Amazing mixologist who could speak knowledgeably about the menu. Thank you for a quick, but very pleasant bite.

Were able to accommodate a table of about 12 of us nicely. It was not loud in there, so we were able to enjoy conversation. The owners were very nice & helped us cut a giant head of cabbage that we brought in(don’t ask!). The food was fresh and very tasty. The menu had a large variety of selections and many different things were sampled at our table. We will be back with that large group again.

My son met friends of the owner on the golf coarse Saturday. So when we went to visit him Sunday he wanted to try it. Very busy with a large party but they were still able to seat us. We had fried ravioli and mozzarella balls as an appetizer and margarita pizza. Food and service were good. We will be back next time we are in Bethlehem.

It was my first visit here and I will definitely be back. My husband had a pizza which was very good, and I had baked ravioli. I always say the sauce makes the dish and in this case it did. The warm bread that I received with my dinner was perfect to soak up all the sauce left on my plate. Good food, and can’t wait to go back.

Business lunch with a group of seven. Friendly waitress. She did a decent job of keeping everything straight. Broad food selections. I saw salads and sandwiches, at our table — no pizza, this time. The food was fine. Definitely in line with other local, casual fare, in terms of portions and taste. I believe that the owner and his wife were there working, and I appreciate the engaged entrepreneur.

Good, quick service. I had the Italian sushi, which was unique and I enjoyed it. I think it’s one of those things you have to try… it’s Italian vegetables wrapped in prosciutto with olive oil and balsamic for dipping. I also had the bruschetta bar appetizer and while I didn’t dislike it, I guess I just expected a little more flavor or wow factor being that it’s an Italian restaurant and that this particular item was highly recommended by our server. Some others I was with had pizza… it was huge and it was pretty good! Lots of flavor and tons of options to customize it how you want. It was a casual, laid back atmosphere. One of my coworkers ordered cannoli, it looked great! While it wouldn’t be my top 3 favorite restaurants in the downtown vicinity, I wouldn’t be opposed to going back. If I do go back, I may just stick with pizza or try out a pasta dish.

Great little spot with a full service bar and kitchen. Large portions and great prices. The atmosphere is warm with large windows and brick façade, and the staff is friendly and courteous. Happy hour has some really great values and the restaurant is right across from the downtown parking garage, with some street parking also available. We split a margarita pizza and a chicken Parmesan and both were spectacular, with a larger-than-normal portion for the chicken. The sauce was good and the meal was hot and fresh out of the oven. I’ll definitely come back here for Italian fare.

2nd time here. 1st only had pizza and wasn’t overly thrilled but it was overall decent. Came on the recommendation of my sister who had been twice and raved about it. No silverware or plates. Got them eventually. Ordered shrimp scampi. Ate some of the meal and then noticed a piece of short dark hair on my shrimp. I stopped eating it immediately and waited for waitress to return. She did and I let her know and showed her the hair. She took the plate and then returned apologizing and offered dessert on the house. She then continued with, «they said that it was probably your own hair.» Seriously. I’ve never been so disrespected by an establishment or their waitstaff… I made it clear that I felt she and the management were completely inappropriate and disrespectful and would not be returning. Gave it one star bc I couldn’t post without a rating. #gotoRoma

Been back a few times in the last year. They have a very nice bar, and open seven days with very good selection of beer and wine. Lots of TV’s make the ambiance more casual then the beautiful bar would suggest. This time, had the penne vodka with shrimp which was very good but typical. The Brick is more than a pizza parlor but far from a unique Italian dining experience. The menu is basic, filled with typical American Italian dishes and the normal assortment of pizza shop sandwiches. Food is good, service is friendly. And, the prices are reasonable. So, go for the nice bar, great beer and wine selection and enjoy a bite of familiar good food.

Everything here was solid. Service was good. It’s nice and roomy inside — very modern looking with simple, clean lines. Everything we tried of the food was good. I wish I had more to say than that, but we enjoyed the pizza we tried, as well as the pasta dishes. Nothing here blew me away to the point where I’d drive half an hour out of my way, but if I was in the area I’d definitely come back. Also, it’s a BYOB. You can pick up some booze across the street and mosey on over.

I dunno what the fuss is all about. Was the pizza adequate? Sure, but certainly nothing special or to write home about. The greasy cheese speaks to low quality. The sauce tasted ketchupy and very Americanized. Our appetizer and pizza came out at the same time. Server was nice, but average. With so many other pizza places in the area I’d skip it.
