K, I can’t believe how good these guys actually r. Everything was explained to us and he will not allow any of the work on your home be anything but excellent. If you want the job done in a timely fashion and done right these are your guys. His rates are excellent but he will do all the work that must be done.

My A/​C conked out on a very hot Saturday. I called my regular guy, he couldn’t come until Wednesday and wanted to charge $ 180 for a diagnostic. Found Phil online, he was there the next day — a Sunday morning! — by 8 am FOR FREE.
I ended up needing a new compressor, which he and his courteous 2 man team installed a couple of days later for a very fair price.
Now my house is cool and I have a new A/​C + Heating + HVAC guy who I would happily recommend to anyone. I even signed up for Unilocal just to help spread the word.
