This dunkin donuts location is a major disappointment. It used to be halfway decent and has hit a serious decline. The store is gross and needs a good regular cleaning. The staff is unfriendly and downright clueless. They regularly don’t make the correct sandwich or coffee. I’ve wasted plenty of money and time at this location and I can say that I am done. Just another business that needs to get their act together. Truly a sad story.

Pretty much your average Dunkin donuts, convenient location, but the parking is terrible. The parking lot set up is so inefficient(you have to pull out onto a busy main road and pretty much go around the block to get back) so they constantly lose my business by having no spots available.

This DD has a prime location to the Bethpage train station. This location has a responsibility to be quick to the commuters. There is consistently a line but only because the employees stand around, 5 people work on 1 customer and leave a line all the time. There 8s typically only 1 register open. The staff is rude and oblivious. Check your stuff because they are consistently getting orders wrong and burn food. I actually had an employee curse at me. Such a pity that management cannot control his staff. Went in this morning and one employee actually thought it was more important to combine the tip jar money and fill straws up then work on the 8 person line of commutters that all left together because the train came. It should not take 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Here is an idea for management. How about you work hard between 6a-8a so you can assist you commuters and then have your staff due other services in the off peak gours. There is literally a 2 hour window where you need to be quick.

This D&D is very hit or miss. They must have recently changed ownership. The very nice Indian family that ran this before was so nice and friendly when they took so long, so you could forgive the delay. The new owner has people working there that bicker and fight all the time, place does not seem as clean and today the egg white flat had hard crusty cheese and stale bread. Coffee is the only thing you can count on to be reliable and fast these days.

The workers are very nice and very friendly. Parking is good. The only complaints that I have are that they need to clean out the filter before they make their iced tea. It has a very strong taste of coffee. They also run out of lemons quite often. King Kullen is right across the street people !

So far out of all the DDs I have been to this one is the cleanest, and friendliest one I have been to. It is also nicely placed by the LIRR! Only four stars because it needs a drive-thru!

What can I say? Coffee is good, reduced fat muffins are great and I really like the flatbread egg white breakfast sandwiches. Staff is pleasant enough and it does get a little crowded at times. All in all, no real complaints… so far.

IT’s dunkin donuts. No better, no worse than any other location.

The people are nice. And very quick the location is good. Plenty of parking space, right down the road from the train.

I usually head here for my coffee before I go to work in the morning and it has its ups and downs. Ups: It’s in a good central area and easy to get to. It’s located on a busy road in the heart of Bethpage, across from the train station and a major shopping center in town. The coffee is always good and the doughnuts are always fresh when I’m there. They never mess up my order. Baba is one of their strongest employees and would make an excellent manager(if he isn’t one already). He greets everyone with a friendly smile and makes a point to get to know his customers. Downs: THEYNEEDMOREEMPLOYEESONSTAFFINTHEMORNING. There is almost always a line out the door and nobody seems to be moving fast enough to make it work. If they had one or two additional people on staff, then people at the registers wouldn’t have to leave their post to do other things and leave everyone else waiting. The parking lot also isn’t great because it’s always so busy. It makes things difficult for people commuting in the morning because even if you arrive early, it’s still a drag to have to wait to be served. Fortunately, the«ups» of this place keep me coming back. I just wish they would do something to keep things moving.

More expensive than other Dunkin’ Donuts — stopped in today just to pick up a large iced coffee $ 3.56, I usually pay 3.23−3.35 — can’t say anything else seems new and clean, no line when I walked in around 1:15pm

LOVE this DD! The donuts are always so fresh and soft. The staff is always pleasant, and the store is always clean. Great selection, and fast efficient service.

Not a great Dunkin donuts. Was going to work a different way today and decided to stop here instead of my usual Dunkin. Needless to say, it didn’t compare to my regular spot. This dunkin is slow. There was two people behind the counter, one helping the customers(of which there was a line of 5) and the other one cleaning up behind the counter with a rag. The coffee was fine once I got it,(I was 5th in line) but I will not be returning unless absolutely necessary.

This is not my regular Dunkin Donuts. I decided to step out on my regular to see if there was something new and exciting on the other side of town. I hope they don’t find out and spit in my coffee when i go back to the old one. Dunkin Donuts is Dunkin Donuts. The moves are the same, the allure is the same, even the smell is the same. Was it smart to grab a quick one on the side and risk my long term relationship? I don’t know. The only excuse I have is «Hey, I was thirsty!!». We’ll see how that plays.
