I am very upset with this business company. It has been over two weeks now. I haven’t received a call back or an email response from this business. I wanted to take my best friend to a shooting range because she’s been wanting to. I wish I have checked Unilocal reviews first. At this point I would rather get a refund so that I can make a reservation with a place that has available dates and calls their customers back on time. As of now, I am a sitting duck and upset that I have wasted my time and money here.

I have been a student in previous classes through Dynamic as well as received numerous instructor certifications through them. I have always found the staff knowledgable, professional, courteous and attentive. They are always willing to take out the extra time to work with myself as well as any of the other students that have been in my classes. I have been in classes with a lot of the same students which shows they keep coming back. I have been able to contact instructors outside of classes with any questions or concerns I have had and they always seem to have the answers to know where to get them. Definitely would recommend them to anyone interested in the shooting sports!

I purchased a Groupon for me and my father to go back in 2012. Although it was a bit hard to schedule(as other Unilocalers have indicated), it turned out to be a great experience. The class was informative, the session was reasonably long and the instructor was kind enough to give us extra ammo once we ran out. No complaints at all about this place.

Purchased a living social deal back in OCT/NOV of 2012. I got 3 of my friends to buy this deal as well. We originally wanted to do this event together. However, this vendor never has any classes available for us to sign up. I’ve contacted living social repeatedly, but customer service would not give me credit back. I’ve contacted the vendor by calling, by putting myself on the wait list repeatedly, and by email. Not only was this deal a waste of money, but such a waste of time. I’m really disappointed with living social’s customer service. I never experience this problem with GROUPON.

Don’t trust them for a second. They offer vouchers through sites like livingsocial, then they will keep rescheduling you until they expire saying«we’re too busy». All this time they will repeatedly tell you«don’t worry, we’ll honor the voucher even if it expires». Then 7 months later after holding onto your money for more than half a year they will finally schedule you and say«oh, but since your voucher expired now we’re going to change you whatever we want and you have to pay us more». They’re a scam and should not be trusted for a second. Just the sort of people you want teaching you to handle a weapon? Be very careful of bait-and-switch. … (This is an update to my review)… After complaining, they finally did schedule us. They said the problems were related to ammo shortages but I suspect they also were not ready to handle the response they had through groupon. The actual experience was well planned out and the instructors were knowledgable. I added an extra star now that they’ve honored it, but as mentioned above, scheduling can be difficult.
