The quality of the service at this shop has really declined. On Mother’s Day, the employees were rude & nasty to the customers. They are annoyed to make change and complain that they don’t have enough staff. They ignored the line as they were complaining about their coworker calling in. They run out of rolls frequently & are annoyed if you ask for assistance. Poor customer service. Please improve!

Don’t know why they even sell black & white cookies. Was in this morning and once again their B&Ws looked terrible. Sloppy and uneven topping, funny shape and just unappealing. Doesn’t look like they use the correct stuff on top too. Looks like cake frosting spread on top which is wrong. Have bought them when they have looked like this and they weren’t good at all. Disappointing. Didn’t buy. Plus they price gouged today (Easter) 32.00 for 2 lbs of cookies. Shameful. I’m staying away.

Just the smell of this place walking in makes me want to bring home bread, pastries, cookies and cannoli. The real reason I walked in was to pick up a birthday cake for my wife. This is her favorite bakery for butter cream frosting it’s not too sweet or to thick/​heavy. I’m a whipped cream guy but hey it’s her birthday so butter up.
