Loved the clothes but they have the most horrible sales associate! Her name is Hayfa. First of all I was getting helped by other girl whom I don’t remember her name most of my visit At the store and Hayfa took over right when I had decided what to get I told her that this other sales associate was helping me because I imagine they must get some sort of commission and I wanted to make sure the other girl got her money.
First of all I noticed this sales associate Hayfa didn’t put the other sales associate for the sale, because I don’t see the other girls name on my receipt, literally this sales associate Hayfa stole the sales from the other associate… Dishonesty?
Later when I was living I realized the other girl that was helping me was locked in a firing room. What is going on in this store?
If anyone form customer service from all saints actually reads this reviews and takes them seriously I would highly recommend to get rid of Hayfa and replace her with someone new, this left me with a sour taste in my mouth, and next time I go back I will make sure this doesn’t happen again and totally not buying nothing out of Hayfa again.
Totally got an excellent costumer services from other sales associates but Hayfa was dishonest and just didn’t like her.
I used to work on retail and I take this kind of behavior really serious when I shopping, it makes me believe what the brand stands for and right now the image I have from this experience is not positive.
Seriously sales associates are disposable, I don’t know why all Saint in this location is kipping someone this dishonest, she can get replaced in a hearth beat.
Other then this problem the store was very great, I love the selection and they got my sizes I need it very quick.
I would say go shop here but make sure you double check your recipes because if they steal from sales associate they might even steal from customers too.

This store is completely unlike the one in Soho, NYC. Snobby, rude staff and a scant selection of over priced, drab merchandise.

No quality control on their sandals. First pair had a visual defect, returned, then second pair looks great, feels great, so I take the tags off. Terrible squeaking sound while walking. 120 $ for poor quality sandals.

Used to spend a LOT of money here. Got a few shirts here as a gift but they were the wrong size. They had the original tags on them and were clearly purchased direct from one of their locations. The staff refused to exchange my items because this particular location didn’t carry the exact item. For an expensive boutique store, this is an appalling customer service policy that prevents me from ever spending another dollar with the company. I am stuck with about $ 500 worth of clothing I can’t wear.

Worst retail experience ever. Purchased a sweater on sale, was charged full price. When I realized I was overcharged (5 minutes after purchase) I went directly back to counter for refund and they would only give me store credit. They refused to credit my card back even though it was clearly their mistake (which they admitted to). I was told they are a British brand and never credit money back. I accepted this and decided to make the best of it by using my credit at the Robertson store (which was 100% better customer service). The reason I’m writing this is because my friend had the exact thing happen and they gave her a credit to her credit card no questions asked. Highly disappointed in Allsaints (especially the Beverly Hills location). Not worth shopping at with so many other great options around.

Like this store a lot! I’ve been to the one in Robertson, but this one here is fantastic. Good decoration, wider and bigger store and def more choices.
The staffs are friendly. I came here to change the size of jeans that I bought. Before I made phone call and when I arrive this lady who help me, Rachel, is such a wonderful person. She recognized and greet me so friendly. She’s been helpful too. Definitely will come back here to shop some more.

My experience at allsaints was excellent. I was introduced to allsaints when they opened their Robertson Store. I must say that I will now be shopping at the Bev Hills store. The actual physical space is beautiful (high Ceilings, skylights). The staff was also very helpful and fun to work with. They helped me pick a great outfit for an upcoming summer wedding. I will def be back for more shopping!
