Great selection of luxe items for avid bath lover. This place also gives you great service and care. Dan helped me out and he made it a pleasure to get my entire bathroom remodeled.

Amazing service amazing products. I recommended Ardys to anyone and everyone. I went in to buy a toilet for my bathroom and I was so happy with their service that I ended up buying sinks and replacing all my sinks at home as well. The salesman Danny took care of me.

I have read the other reviews and am surprised by the negative ones. I am redoing a house and have been looking for moderately high end fixtures for some rooms, basic for others. I have been totally satisfied. First, Ardy’s has a wide selection of prices, some are at the fairly high end, (not ultra high end) but their prices are discounted and fair. Second, where my sales person thought that I could do better on line, he told me so. Where there was a big disparity, I bought on line (one item), with other items I paid about 5% more to know I had a responsible place to return things if there were a problem. The reviewer who said «the most expensive in town,» is factually so far off base that one has to wonder whether he has an agenda. Third, my rep has consistently offered me both lower and higher priced alternatives to what I had been looking at. Fourth, he was knowledgeable both in product lines and in the technical aspects of the products. Fifth, Ardy’s has an area with close outs, returns, etc that are fabulous deals. Sixth, as my job got delayed, Ardy’s stored my order for more than seven months without complaining.
Would I recommend Ardy’s, I just have.

THE ONLY PLACE TO GO TO!
We needed a replacement faucet for a very old utility sink. A plumber said he couldn’t find a replacement, he would have to re-​do all the pipes. We went to Ardy’s Bath with a picture of the old faucet, they assembled what we needed, told me how to install it. We walked out in ten minutes with the problem completely solved at minimal cost. ASK for Danny,

The most expensive in town and not pleasant to work with.

Wife just returned from seeking opinion, specs, and planning new bathroom.
We had some specs and ideas in mind that she discussed with them only to be continually rebuffed that our preferred options are far less and cheaper than the people they normally deal with. Yes — this is what we want. Yes — we do what high efficiency toilets. Yes we do want double-​basin sink and not two… On & On.
Wife is a very fair judge of character and quiet lenient.
But its clear the store only considers you worth their time — even if you are the only customer at 9 am right at opening — if you are interested in what they have to sell irrespective of price and value.
I guess if you have thousands to burn and don’t care, shop away.

I built a new home years ago and Irma at Arby’s Bath Collection was so helpful! I have seven bathrooms and the house was custom built. As owner builder, I was overwhelmed until I met Ardy and Irma. Eight years later, I still call on and refer them to client and friends. Anytime you need a hard to find part or a person to sit down and help with get things ordered, see Irma! She’s a jewel!

Large collection of $ 3000 – 7000 to $$$ much more bathtubs and bathroom fixtures.
We walked in with the intentions of purchasing a bathtub, while we were browsing we were «greeted» by a sales guy wanting to know what size in inches we wanted for our tub. I don’t know. I said BIG, so he asked «something like 70?» I don’t know. show me some…
We actually found several things we wanted, however when we found something, the guy right away said, OK this comes in 15 finishes and several sizes, got out a catalog and started telling us what we wanted… we really just wanted exactly what was on the floor.
Eventually, the sales guy, nice as he was, literally talked himself out of selling, a tub, a shower head, and a door lock… I just placed my order for the lock and shower head on Amazon instead.
Nice place to browse, but the sales guys are a bit overwhelming, and don’t know when to stop selling. I’m probably not going back.
