Extremely rude! This office called my phone and left 4 voicemails in 2 days trying to reach someone named Enrique. I called back to notify them they had the wrong number and the woman who answered had a bad attitude and was completely unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t let anyone represent me who hires disrespectful, rude and incompetent staff.

Do yourself a favor and Don’t let them handle your case. This law firm are really the worst when it comes to professionalism and empathy with the client; Specially «Paulina» one of their supervisors, she’s very rude and even knowing my injury required surgery, she told me it was ok for me to go back to my regular work when I couldn’t even sit down normally because of pain I had a severe spine injury due to a big accident. to the point that I needed surgery. I will give –minus everything. You will LOSE your case with them. I thank God I found on time to switch for more Competent Lawyer now

My lawyer was Kevin Danesh .Be aware of this lawyers he charges 40% while other lawyers charge 33 ½. I did not like the way that this lawyer handle my case I had to call like a thousand times to be able to have them call the insurance company to get paid for the damage on my car, storage, etc. they only act fast when it came to get the personal liability because that is when they get 40% but because they do not get anything out of the property liability that is why they do not care. Their personal is horrible especially Rhonda she was only nice while she was trying to get me to accept the offer from the insurance after that she did not even answer my phone calls. Do yourself a favor and do not bother with these lawyers I had a horrible experience.
