My sister and I had such a great experience at this store. We look forward to getting our dresses. Already referred to our friends who are getting married next year.

What a lovely boutique! They have a wide selection of dresses and colors and the staff were tremendously helpful. Made the experience with my bridesmaids so much fun. Everyone was able to find a dress they were excited to wear and the ordering process was easy. Would highly recommend!!!

Best place in town for bridesmaid dresses. They have THE best selection and the girls that work there are always so nice and pleasant!

Five star customer service (ask for Allie, she’s great!), minus two stars for the dresses I tried on. I’m a bridesmaid and following the bride’s instructions to wear a specific designer, the ones they had in stock were too large and sometimes broken for me to get an accurate idea. I have to order one anyway, so hoping for the best!

Came in with my sister a few days ago, she’s been on the hunt for the «perfect» bridesmaid’s dress. This was her favorite showroom by far, and I agreed that this was the best experience we’ve had yet. There were a ton of great dresses for her to check out, and the girls working that day were very kind and helpful (Courtney and Ashley). Will recommend to other family and friends.

Bella saves the day again! With the same great service and selection as the OC location, they totally took all the stress out of my friend’s big day and got us all sorted in stunning dresses. If only all wedding planning was this easy and awesome!

So, my best friend is getting married and we had been hitting a wall trying to find the right bridesmaid dresses. When we finally found Bella Bridesmaids we were a little exhausted of the whole process. That said, the girls at Bella made the whole experience so fun and so easy, we found the most amazing Joanna August dresses and everyone loved them. Such fantastic service, I’ll definitely be recommending them to my friends!

I went to Bella Bridesmaids after researching several stores for the wedding party. First of all, everyone was super friendly, they were helpful and I LOVED their selection!
The prices are reasonable, the customer service surpasses other larger chain stores I have visited only to leave disappointed. Bella Bridesmaids did not leave us feeling disappointed or unsatisfied with their selection. If you are shopping for a bridesmaids dress I highly suggest Bella Bridesmaids! Shopping around for bridesmaids dresses can be VERY time consuming!
Do not look any further, if you want the absolute best selection in Los Angeles. Bella Bridesmaids is the place to shop!!!

Such a fun place to try on dresses! All of the ladies in the shop were extremely helpful and enthusiastic, which made the experience fun and memorable. I would definitely recommend any brides and/​or bridesmaids looking for dresses to make an appointment — you will not be disappointed!

This was probably the best customer service I have received. Ashlee had helped me with my consultation. She was extremely knowledgable about each dress and helped me pick out the perfect one that my best friend (the bride) loved immediately. Such great service, I will for sure be working with them in the future.

Honestly would give them a zero if possible. I went too Bella after a lot of research trying to find a place that would help me outfit my bridesmaids of all shapes and sizes. We left Bella empty handed plus lots of tears. The samples we all super small (around a straight size 4) and the staff, while nice, we’re not helpful at all. Nor did they even try to assist offering options beyond floor samples. Would never recommend this place to anyone and will not be going back.

Immense disappointment with Bella Bridesmaid and their customer service. They have given our three bridesmaids three dresses that look nothing like the dresses tried on in the store. It took three months to manufacture three low quality dresses that in reality are not the same dress as the sample in the store.
When we brought up each problem with each of the three dresses purchased, all Bellas Bridesmaid did was make frivolous excuses.
One of the bridesmaids came in because her dress came with a broken zipper, Bella Bridesmaids insulted her and told her that she gained weight and that is why her zipper does not work. It was not until she argued with them that they finally agreed that her zipper in fact was broken and sent it back to the manufacturer.
When the 2^nd bridesmaid got a dress that was 2 sizes to small, Bellas Bridesmaid told her that the dress was ordered in the right size and can be taken out if she doesn’t wear a bra.
The 3^rd bridesmaid tried on a size 8 in the store and it fit perfectly, however the dress (size8) that was sent to her was clearly not the same size as the sample tried on in store. As you can see, The dress looks
nothing like the dress she tried on in the store. The dress is suppose to have a sweetheart neckline and instead has some other type of other funky neckline.

I don’t normally post reviews but just had to write one after a visit to this establishment. What a neat shop! Tucked away on the second floor of an office/​retail building is an amazing showroom that showcases the best designer bridesmaid dresses. The staff is super knowledgable and attentive. They made the entire process very smooth and enjoyable for my bride to be. That alone is priceless as you go through this wedding planning process! A must visit if you (or your bride to be) are in the market for bridesmaid dresses!

This was a pretty hidden store. You go through a door, up the stairs and around the corner until you see a door with a «Bella Bridesmaids» sign. It’s a small studio space but nice for just bridesmaids dresses. They have a large selection of dresses so we pulled a lot to try on. We came out with two options that we truly liked but it was nice to see so many styles. The dresses at this location I have to say are overpriced. A dress was priced at maybe $ 250+ but online, you can find it at another retailer for under $ 200. I guess you have to pay for it if you’re looking in Beverly Hills. The girl that helped us, Ashlee, was sweet. She would help pull some ideas after asking me what I was looking for. There are many Bella Bridesmaids around so I definitely recommend finding one close to you and checking out your options! Appointments at this location are necessary.

I went here this past Sunday with an appointment. I was welcomed into the store and the lady was nice. I’m on the lower end of plus sized and I tried on a few dresses. At times they did not have sample sizes large enough for me and they were apologetic. Part of the fault was on the person, I was shopping with. Perhaps they should’ve called ahead and told them that are larger than a size 10 but smaller than a size 22 was coming. I tried on dresses in a size 10, 16, 18, 20 and 22.

I went to Bella Bridesmaids to try on dresses for my brother’s wedding. Ashee was incredibly helpful and attentive. I was supposed to try on 8 dresses. When Ashelee discovered that they only had 4 of them, she helped me recreate 2 with handily placed clips, and told me not to worry about the others because they wouldn’t be flattering. I really appreciated her honesty, especially since it’s tempting to say whatever people want to hear when dealing with all things wedding.

Worst shopping /​bridal experience of my life. They think they can leave their poor reviews behind, but do yourself a favor and don’t spend your time or money at this place ! SCAM
