Totally shady. They advertise themselves as both UPS and FedEx drop offs. They will not give any receipt that you have dropped your package off, as ALL other drop off locations do. Your tracking is your receipt with the carriers, but you get no proof that you left your package with them. Highly suspicious! I would avoid at all costs.

Best service in town. I’ve shipped art for the past 8 years. After receiving various pricing and poor quality service, long waits, inexperienced staff, from previous shippers I finally found a diamond in the rough. Never had an issue with anything I’ve shipped, more than fair pricing– the best I’ve experienced actually, and quick in and out service. Once you become a regular the whole process takes seconds. Recommended to all my friends and family, I drive from hollywood hills and pass hundreds of other shipping options just to ship here. I love the fact that they email you an electronic shipping notification email that I can simply forward to all my clients! Five stars across the board!

I’ve had mailboxes at other Beverly Hills postal centers and experienced problem after problem, including stolen mail by employees. In the last 5+ years of having a box here at Beverly Hills US Mailboxes my mail has been problem free.
The staff here is efficient, professional, personable and organized.
They even email me when I receive a package instead of just putting a notice in my box.

I went in here last week with a 5-​year-​old on my arm, needing to send a big fax. The gentleman who runs this store not only made a bunch of photocopies (I realized the pages needing to be faxed were 2-​sided), but he did it without rolling his eyes and he did the job right. He sent my fax, then asked my daughter if she liked chocolate, and gave her a big handful of mini snickers and each of us a bottle of water.
The store was also spotless — the cleanest sort of mail boxes/​mailing place I’ve ever seen.
