Brian, a foundation inspector, came to our home and evaluated drainage issues near the foundation as well as along the retaining wall behind our home.
Brian was very professional and knowledgable. He advised us as to what we should be worrying about versus not, and where there were areas of concern, he suggested multiple ways of addressing the problem, including a more economical fix. He was also very helpful in helping us come up with a plan to address a clogged storm drain behind our retaining wall.
We have not yet done the work, but based on our experience with Brian, we would feel very comfortable hiring California Foundation Works.

California Foundation Works far exceed my expectations on quality, time and price when they did work for my company. We run a real estate investment company and have an opportunity to work with contractors on a regular basis. CFW provided timely work and a great price. Once they finished the job the site was clean and restored to it original nature, a rarity with most contractors. I will definitely be using CFW again in the future.
