Flier Furs

One night I came home drunk and threw my Theory fox fur coat on the floor in my dressing room. The next morning, as you can imagine, I was hungover and rushing to get ready to leave for the office.
I had a bottle of my Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Body Oil from days before sitting upright on the floor. Little did I know, I knocked it over as I was rummaging through my dressing room. I came home from the office 10 hours later to find the bottle knocked over onto my coat. I was in disbelief. I didn’t want to find the oil soaking up my beautiful white fur coat! I grabbed it off the floor to find it soaking wet with oil around the collar area.
I tried to rub it off at first, used baby wipes, ran it under the sink… then left it to air dry, both outdoors and indoors. Days had past and it was still oily and clumpy.
I googled to see what I could do… nothing worked. I Unilocaled for furriers, and this is the place I found.
It was close to my office and Avner was really helpful. He promised that the coat would look brand new! The cleaning service was less than$ 100, he assured me, just in case, he’d clean it twice. For less than $ 200, I got my coat looking brand new and it took about a week.
I’m so happy I was able to get it fixed!
Definitely brining the rest of my furs here to clean.
I personally don’t need storage service, but they do that too!

My mom moved from Baltimore to Florida and gave me her fur coats which while gorgeous, were all too long and too big for me, so I brought them to Flier Furs. Avner and Ceci are incredible. Thanks to them, after alterations and cleaning, I now have a beautiful new custom coat wardrobe and am hopeful that 2015 is the year the polar vortex comes to Los Angeles. Do not take your furs anywhere else, there is a reason these people have been in business for 90 years.

Love this place!
They did everything to accommodate my very busy schedule and did a wonderful job cleaning my coat. They also did hand cleaning on a couple of very vintage furs I brought in and fixed the pockets at no extra charge. All three furs look so shiny and luscious now. I’m very happy and can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I was in there not long ago with a friend and Avi and Ceci were extremely professional and knowledgeable in helping my friend purchase a beautiful fur cape. The alterations they provided not only enhanced the look of the fur but also added the attention to detail that most businesses do not offer. Thank you again for such great service.
