Over priced floppy pizza. Came in here last week, customer service is definitely great but the food was just okay. I only ordered a slice of pizza and I’ve lived on the coast for over 20 years, this is definitely not a New York style. It was floppy and expensive for a small slice.

I work in the area and I’ve ordered food from here a couple times for a cheap, quick lunch. They have daily lunch specials which are around $ 9, which is pretty reasonable for Beverly Hills. They havea 2 for $ 5 cheese pizza slice special daily Monday-Friday I believe. The food is okay, I’ve definitely had better pizza before. I’ve tried their Mama’s ravioli lunch special with salad and breadsticks. The ravioli was pretty good, but the portion is so small I almost felt like I needed to order another pan of pasta to fill myself up. My main complaint about this place is the portion of food that they offer. Today, I got the 2 for 5 cheese pizza deal and I’m still hungry. The pizza is so thin and it wasn’t very flavorful. The sauce isn’t very robust. You’d think from TWO slices of pizza I’d be slightly full, but this is not the case today. Only reason I come is for the convenience(right across the street) and the reasonably priced(but mediocre) food.

The customer service at this location is awesome! I ordered a plain pie, and a pie with pepperoni and mushroom… Seriously some of the best crust I’ve had around these parts! Their lunch specials are awesome, and I can’t wait to come back and try their white pizza and calzones! They’ll even deliver to my place in Brentwood(I live near the f&j’s in Brentwood, but that location is gross so I order my pizzas from this location. Their delivery guy, Marvin is really cool too! These pizzas are dank! They even reheat in the oven well! Be a fatty and have pizza for breakfast! If it’s from here, it’s worth the extra calories! #thincrustheaven

If you are from the East Coast like I am. You will love the taste. It taste like the NY pizza slices you get walking on the street. No other pizza place but this one taste like that here in LA. I know my pizza and this does taste like a NYC slice! And they deliver!

Was watching my friends son and had to order dinner he wanted a calzone, cheesecake & knots. The calzone had this funky sauce was brownish in color and the sausage did not looked cooked all the way through, I did not let him eat it! Cheesecake had this odd layer of something on it he did not eat. Was charged $ delivery fee [who gets that the driver or store?] asked the driver if he had changed serious this is an issues carry change… said I would bring in and I have he turns around said he now has change«GRAB» my $ 10 and hands me a $ 5…I’m sorry I wasn’t planning on tipping you $ 5 on top of the $ 4 delivery charge. Please be careful I felt robbed especially since I had to walk and get additional food for what you delivered. Yes, I tried calling several times and was placed on hold, forgotten about or hung-up on.

I was really hoping that I’d love this place but I have to say that for $ 75 for 3 pizzas it was overly priced for pizza that wasn’t that great. In fact, the supreme pizza was soggy!!! I believe it had to be the enormous amount of raw tomatoes they put on it that I had to pull off and throw in my sink. See pictures. The double cheese pizza looked like it had regular cheese and the double mushrooms on the supreme were the normal amount at any Dominies or Pizza Hut. I had to pay $ 2.50 each for double and do not think I got extra anything. Overall disappointed in this place. Not at all worth $ 75!!!

I ordered a pasta from here and I literally have never been so disappointed… There was barely any sauce and the noodles were extremely overcooked

I have been here many times, and I have to say, it’s good when you are hungry. I don’t really like thin crust pizza that is sitting out, and then reheated in oven when you order. I think this is genuine NY style method, but I just don’t like pizza that is cooked and then reheated. The prices are good. Kids would love it. Just not really super tasty pizza.

The pizza looks very thin. And like it’s been sitting for a long time. Service was good this time but I’ve been here twice before and was very unsatisfied with their service. They were rude and they texted in front of me. But this experience was ok.

Not even going to sugar coat this, BYFARANDAWAYTHEWORSTPIECEOFCRAPEVER!!! Cardboard(which I tried for comparison, was substantially superior!) with I guess passed for cheese. You want a rating, wait, stop, I can’t stop laughing…

Where to begin… Delivery time for our one pizza was normal, we open up the box so excited and realize this was not the pizza we ordered. We call and a man on the phone offers to pick up the pizza we have, correct the toppings, and bring it back. What? We are on a lunch break and that won’t work. He offers to bring us the topping on the side… What? Don’t you make pizza? You can’t do that. By now we have waited 20 minutes(literally) and we decide to eat this pizza given to us, because again, we are HUNGRY and the management could clearly care less. Normally if this was a mistake even at like a Pizza Hut grade delivery, a normal thing to do is apologize and either bring a new pizza or refund. NOAPOLOGY, and even this basic gesture would have been great. Also for spending $ 20 on a fairly basic pizza you would think customer service would be above and beyond. DONOTGOHERE. Pizza comparable to a frozen CPK pizza. Not awful, but definitely not worth your $$ and DEFINITELY not worth your time. And for the record, NOT the Frankie and Johnnie’s from Sunset Blvd.

I highly suggest avoiding this place. Been here many times and the order is usually wrong after a 30 min wait. Becomes over an hour wait. Delivery service yields cold pizza that is incorrect to what we ordered. Management takes no accountability and was incredibly rude when asked nicely to fix. Please skip this place and go somewhere else or try another location. Would give zero stars if I could.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a slice of veggie pizza and it arrived as a slice of cheese pizza with a ton of raw veggies stacked on top. With the pizza being so thin I couldn’t even pick up the slice and the whole thing fell apart. I wish I took a picture. I told the guy working at the front this is not how you give a customer a slice of pizza, especially after paying $ 4.20 for the slice. Instead of apologizing and offering me something else he looked at me with a blank stare and said sorry it’s because you ordered one slice. I will NEVER ever come back to this place, there is no shortage of pizza places in la. You lost a new customer Frankie and johnnies. And just a tip… try and hire some people who are more friendly to work at your place.

I will give this place three stars maybe 3.5 stars for two reasons, it is in a really cool place being in Beverly Hills and their crust is a delicious thin crust pizza. In my opinion(and I am a huge pizza critic) the rest of the pizza was not that impressive. The sauce was average, which in my opinion is more important that the crust. The toppings were ok. I mean I would go back if I was in the area, and it is definitely worth trying at least one time. If you are in the are for lunch they have a great lunch special a slice, salad and drink for $ 8.

After my job was transferred from New York to LA, I’ve been searching for a good slice of New York to bring me back to the Big Apple and this place does it. I always get a slice of Pepperoni and sit by the window and gaze out into the streets for a moment of relaxation assisted by a pleasant slice and a coke.

True New York Pizza is hard to find in LA. These guys have it. I ordered a delivery to Marina Del Rey for a large pizza — plain cheese with mushrooms. Very good! Authentic. Just the right sauce with cheese and thin crisp crust. I would order again in a heartbeat and the delivery didn’t take too long and it was hot. And hey — it’s New York attitude(thankfully) so be nice and they’ll be nice. Recommended.

I ate one slice of pizza and had a bottle of water, so I can’t comment on the credit card shenanigans. But seriously, if there is something wrong with your bill, call your bank. About the pizza. It is EXACTLY like what you would get from an average walk-up NY pizza joint. I had a plain cheese slice, and thought it was delicious. If you’ve ever eaten a slice at Don Pepi in Penn Station, that is what this tastes like. Costs about the same too.
