Purchased bath robes for my parents for Christmas — all in all, a good experience with on point customer service. First off, if you are going to a place on rodeo drive, it’s going to be expensive. That’s a fact. Frette is a bit overpriced but does have quality branded items.
Secondly, the service is nice. Water bottles being given out, everything wrapped perfectly and Curt was great at being helpful and getting the correct sizes before we even got there. Kudos, Frette.

I went to Frette in Boston and it was wonderful. The people who helped me were incredibly kind and knowledgable.
The one in Beverly Hills: the woman who helped me was HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I felt like Julia Robert in Pretty Woman. She kept telling me that the things told to me in the Boston store were wrong and I must have been mistaken, and then, oh wait I FOUND THEM ON ITS WEBSITE ON MY PHONE IMMEDIATELY AFTER LEAVING.
The sheets are very nice, but part of what you pay for is customer service, and their service was HORRIBLE

I was given a set of Queen Frette sheets at Christmas. I washed them per instructions before using, and the elastic on the fitted sheet stripped. I returned them to Frette, at my expense, for a refund, and instead they sent me back the washed top sheet and pillow cases, along with a Twin fitted replacement fitted sheet. They are now saying we didn’t ask for a refund initially (no, I just sent the (heavy) sheets back at my expense so that Frette could send them back to me again), and because it’s May now, they can’t help me.
Really Frette? I expect more from your company.

frette = absolutely, beautiful linens. omg, u just want to dive yourself into the linens, and i swear, you’ll probably end up «yelping» someone to save you… (but hey now, i warned ya)
i swear, once you get one, you will be obsessed … i’ve been spoiled by these linens, and i swear, these are the best of the best linens you will have ever purchased … from bed stuff to bathroom stuff, frette has your butt covered, inside and out.
don’t let the prices kiss you goodbye … if so, just do yourself a favor and get these when you get married … this will be an experience of a lifetime…
