I’m not sure why the previous reviews for this GAP location seem to be so bad… The employees here were all super helpful and were willing to go out of their way to help me find gifts for the holidays for my family. Although the line got a bit long, the wait wasn’t too bad. I would probably recommend there being another associate at a register to get the flow going faster, but other than that, I have no complaints. The layout and location of the store is great, but I do wish there was a bigger selection such as the one at the Promenade or the Grove. Parking is never an issue either since there are plenty of meters around the store and a 2 hour free parking lot close by. Regardless, the employees here were all very nice, welcoming and helpful. I will continue to shop at this location!

Miserable employees. Must be paid minimum wage. Very little employees as well. Always long line. You may want I shop at another gap location.

Worst gap store. There’s always a long line and one cashier! The last 5 times I’ve been here I ended up leaving because of the line and lack of staff.

Heather, at the Beverly Hills gap is the worst employee for Gap I have ever encountered. I can’t believe she has a job. I do not recommend shopping here because of her. They almost lost me as a Gap and piperlime customer because of Heather. Luckily, the store manager stepped in and realized Heather was wrong and rude.

In general, I don’t really buy that much clothing from Gap but since I’m usually around this neighborhood with my friends, I visited the store. If you’ve seen the movie«crazy stupid love» you will understand when I say«you’re too good for the Gap» and it’s true for everyone. The clothes are not of the highest quality, but better than say… Target or Ross which are fashion hell and should be avoided at all costs. The only items of clothing I recommend from Gap is their bras and gym-yoga-work-out clothes. Gap has the best bras I’ve ever had, especially better than VS, however the regular clothes such as dresses, t-shirts, and jackets look worn out and aren’t worth it. For a little bit more, you can get something that lasts longer from a wonderful store like Anthropologie and it looks better too. I think Gap at this point doesn’t care much for producing great products and just aims to make a profit off of us, which should not be the goal of a company. The reason I feel this way is b/c it reflects in the clothes that are being sold. If the material is cheap and the design is poor, it’s obvious that they could care less how the customer feels, they just want to make as much as possible with spending very little.

Wonderful staff at this location. I’ve been shopping here for the last 8 years and always get a friendly hello from staffers. They are more than willing to help me find things and are always truthful with whether or not something looks good. While the store is in a commercial area of Beverly Hills and the customers are random at best, the staff most definitely is not. I give employees a 10 out of 10 at this location for product knowledge, friendliness, and helpfulness.

bigger than it looks. I am not a Gap wearing person since the mid nineties, but I do buy the stuff for my kiddo. This store has both adult and child which is pretty cool. The people are SUPER friendly here and they are eager to help you find some great sale items even if you were looking in the regular priced section. That’s a great salesperson too! Help them with the regular price and then do some dollar saving add-ons… it’s like the candy section at the grocery check out.

So, a few days ago, I got really excited while shopping on 3rd St and bought some red pants. Fast-forward to yesterday, where all I could think about all day was«WHATTHEHECKAM I GOINGTODOWITHREDPANTS!» Oddly, this location was closer to me than the Grove one, so I came here to return them. The return process was easy enough, no complaints on that end. As I was on my way there, I realized that I’m going to my hometown in a matter of days!(Portland, woot woot.) Thus, I needed some warm weather sort of clothes. That’s where the 2 stars comes in. This location not only is completely tiny, they also seemed to have the grossest selection of clothes to chose from. Compared to the 3rd St location, it’s like they selected the ugliest items and were like«ok, we’re good!» Needless to say, I don’t think I’ll step foot in this place again just based on how tiny it is.

This Gap isn’t the best in terms of service. The two workers that I interacted with were not friendly whatsoever. The first was the sales associate who worked the cash registers. He had an attitude and was a bit rude. The one who helped me to a fitting room wasn’t that helpful. She seemed a bit hesitant to let me try on clothes when I asked. Nonetheless, I got two items for a good deal.

This is not just a review about this particular Gap store… I just happen to come here more often than other ones at other shopping centers. It’s safe to say, this is how I feel about Gap in general. I used to come here religiously for sweet ass jeans that hug in all the right places and basics that come in a variety of colors and reasonable prices. However, over the years the prices have gone up and the selection has become less than desirable. Oftentimes I wander in here in high hopes of reliving all those fuzzy feelings I had for the Gap. Then I realize that after a minute of browsing I already went from one end of the store to the other disinterested. Not only that… but their stuff doesn’t fit as well anymore because I could never find my size. Once in a while there will be that lil gem hidden within a rack that would respark that faded love But these events happen few and far between. If you must come here, I recommend coming during/after the holidays when the prices are most palatable.

HAHAHA! I saw a MB Maybach parked in front of the GAP Bevery Hills. O.K. that may not be funny to YOU but when a couple got into it after loading their Gap bags in the trunk I almost split my sides. W.W.H.D? *what would Halston do?
