Experience was like dealing with a used car salesman, avoiding direct questions on facts that were advertised on there own website!
Kept avoiding how much a specific sq ft office would cost??? Kept just repeating, «when would you like to come by an see the office», ummm how about I save some gas & you just answer the questions I need answers to make my own decisions!

I called this business center, asked them how many sqrt/​what kind of office? The VP said they didn’t go by square feet, asked my number/​email, he asked me what I am looking for, I said 1 or 2 persons office, 200 – 400 square feet, reasonable price, not virtual office/​normal hours. He said they have various sized office range from 1 person to a few people, come by to take a look, I told him i am far, he said he will wait till 4:30 pm. He repeated to come by find out. I was in the middle of transfer large social website, then went out to see the office in the traffic, he showed me around ²⁄₃ floor, kitch, patio, conference, vending machine… everything, I asked him where is the office, he pointed to a small cubical with low walls, I felt terrible, then he showed me two small offices next to each other with blocked window view for $ 2000 each. came home very late, waste 5 hours from Los Feliz to Beverly hill, stopped 3 times to find the small street.
