Excellent customer service. Andrew went the extra mile to make me feel valued and appreciated. He stayed at the store long after hours for me to pick up a rush order b/c I couldn’t make it before closing. Oh yeah, and the products at this place are stunning.

This is probably the best leather store you’ll ever walk into. It’s definitely not for everyone. I love quality & style but love the brand name to be discrete. This is exactly what Il Bisonte is. Their leather quality is superb and frankly, those who understand leather goods will agree that it cannot be matched with the biggest brand names just 1 street over on Rodeo Drive. Their logo is embossed on their pieces so it almost disappears. Their goods do not scream the company name which ignites curiosity. Probably for the first time, someone will ask you about your bag because it looks and smells like high quality. And of course, their costumer service completes the experience. The people running this little store know exactly what their doing. Very very knowledgable and most importantly, helpful and never pushy. Stop and smell the leather.

The store is very small but this store is filled with gold, when it comes to leather. I found this brand out from my friend who came down from Japan to visit and now I desperately want their wallet. Il Bisonte uses the finest cowhide leather and I found this out because of the generous lady that works there. She gave us a whole lecture of the history of the brand. And what I learned was Wanny di Fillipo is the designer of this fine Italian leather brand. If your a girl definitely check out their handbags, wallets, hats, shoes, accessories, etc… If your a guy check out their wallets, it is amazing. A little bit expensive. Il Bisonte has a unique leather type called Natural. This natural leather fades by the slightest beam of sunlight. There is a 28(maybe 18) years-old chair that has this natural leather on it and it looks astonishing. It tells history just by you looking at it. If you are familiar with raw denims, you know what this mean. You can make the natural leather fade and break it in to make the one and only wallet in this world.(that’s what we, raw denim lovers love, want, and do best right??) This is a cultural difference but, Americans(like me: D) prefer smaller wallets and Japanese prefer bigger wallets, to the point that it sticks out of their back pocket. This is a big difference in fashion. Americans like to hide their wallet completely in a secure place, deep down in their pockets. But Japanese show their wallets off and to top it off they put flashy chains from their wallet to their denim. But personally, I don’t think this big wallet fashion will hit in America due to the high homophobicness.
