Jason recently taught a couple courses I attended and he is awesome! Very passionate and business savvy. Not to mention extremely detailed as an instructor. He always took time to answer our questions to the best of his ability. I feel like I got real insight on what to look forward to in this business thanks to him. I hope to continue working with Jason for years to come!

This guy is the real deal. I recently had the pleasure of attending one of Jason’s realty training courses. Not only did he thoroughly cover the course material, but he imparted a wealth of invaluable professional advice and insight – and all of it presented in a captivating and entertaining two hours! The time absolutely flew by. I literally laughed out loud several times throughout the lecture, as Jason’s wit and sense of humor rival his knowledge of the real estate industry. I left inspired, enlightened and in genuinely good spirits. For anyone who wants to learn about real estate, look no further. I would highly recommend Jason’s course!

I had the absolute pleasure having Jason as my instructor for 2 of my Real Estate Licensing classes. I signed up for this class after reading excellent reviews about another instructor at LA Realty and I was bummed to find out when I went to class that Rico (who was the reason I signed up for the class) was teaching at another location. But literally after just taking 1 class, I learned that Jason is very knowledgeable and well versed in his profession. He also is extremely personable, and always in great spirit. He is always willing and ready to answer any questions regardless how crazy or stupid they might sound. He shared his personal experiences in the business, which made the class interesting and fun. He was an amazing instructor and for sure will be an awesome mentor! I look forward to working with him in the future once I get my license. Thank you Jason! You were pretty damn great!

I found Jason off a yard sign and called him to help me find an investment property… which he did at a great value! Jason delivered! He was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me find a nice home which has since appreciated very generously. Not only that, but Jason went above and beyond and connected me with me a home remodel casting call. My home was chosen and remodeled by HGTV for free!!! Talk about going above and beyond. This man is a true professional and the guy to call if you need results. Thanks Jason!
