I’m glad to be writing this review! i came into contact with Anna about year and a half ago. Before Anna we had been to two different lawyers that offered us no hope for me and my husband. I honestly felt trapped in my own country because neither I or my husband could go anywhere without living in fear, of being separated. Since my first appointment with Anna I knew she was the right lawyer for us. Her knowledge about immigrations law and the fact that she assured me she could help us helped me make the decision right away to sign a contract with her. I trusted her and her team throughout the whole process even when things got hard we kept moving forward because we trusted Anna. And today we are back in the United States and my husband walked through the big doors! legally it’s been the hardest experience but for once we feel free and happy to be here! i am getting emotional writing this review because I can’t believe that we did it! Thank you so much Anna I am so happy that God put you in my path! If I could give her more stars I would because I taught I would never live this moment thank you, thank you a million times to this firm to Anna, to Eddi and to Serene for answering the millions of questions I had even when I called ten times right after the other with questions!!! and to those comments about people saying it’s very expensive all I’m going to say that yes it is expensive but it’s worth every penny we payed because happiness and freedom doesn’t have a price !

Really can’t get any better than here at asherson firm, I can’t thanks them enough at this time of a year in the holidays for the great job they did for me and my family which I got to spend the holiday times with my family .
My story go back about five years ago dealing with another law firm in great loss Angeles area which due to wrong filing for my case with the other firm caused to deny my case and they said its nothing we could do about it .
After that I start looking for another law firm to take over my case, I couldn’t find one to agree taking my case till my brother in law told me about asherson and anna and word to word said: if some one could it? Will be them .
Sure enough called and got free consulting appointment with Anna Darbinian which she is professional pilot and really knows the system, after almost 2 hours going back and forth asking so many questions she said yes I will take the case.
I had to come back the next day so I could sign all the paper work and start rolling the dice for my case, and anna and her staff started on my case immediately which is very impressive, all what they promised me came through and I was getting monthly update about my case so I don’t have to keep calling like the other firms .
At the end of the day they got my case turned around and gather me with my family again .

Hands Down! Anna Darbinian is the Best Law Firm Immigration ever! She’s really knowledgeable snd she has years of experience. Anna and her team give amazing customer service. They make you feel at right home. She helped years ago bring my Uncle back from Mexico with his wife and kids. It feels like there is no big case she can’t handle. You will leave with a smile in your face.

Anna is the most amazing awesome lovely lawyer. She has been my lawyer for the last 15+ years. She knows the system and will tell you like it is. If she can help you, she will — if your case just doesn’t have a chance, she will be upfront with you, so you know where you stand. Pricey? Sure. But this is a life investment and worth it.

Stay away from this firm! I’ve seen a lot of law firms and this is worst I’ve seen in my life! They are just after money!!!
Anna charged me $ 25,000 fix retainer fee. Promised a lot of things. I should have understood that they were crooks because any of things they offered could not been applied in my case. I just didn’t know at that time. My experience with her and Asherson is constant demand of more money.
At the end she never did anything for me! Did not give me back my money! On top of everything now she wants to charge me $ 150 to get my file back!

I’m coming out of a 5+ year Unilocal coma to write this. There is nothing super about these lawyers. Some of the forms the firm filled out had errors. I had to pay another firm to fix the documents. In 2009, under the firm asherson & klien, I had seen well written negative reviews which were filtered out. I should have taken those reviewers advice. During one of the court hearings Mr Asherson fell asleep, ms Darbinian had to elbow him to stay alert. I’m not sure if he is still working there. But the incident was very unprofessional.
My advice: seek out 5 lawyer consultations, you might not like the honesty of the outcome, but it will save you time and money. If 4 out of the 5 laywers are telling you the same thing, its best to listen to the 4 and not pay outrages prices for the 5^th than regretting it later. Don’t be embarrassed to Ask about the cost of forms and get price quotes in advance. I later learned there are capable lawyers who charge ¼ the price to fill out the same forms. Paying High prices doesn’t mean you are getting a more professional, knowledgable attorney, sometimes it means you are paying for the overhead cost.

Anna Darbinian was so helpful in taking on my father’s case. She was very organized, clear, and insightful on the whole process of bringing back my father from the Philippines. She was also very patient, and made us feel very calm. We are thankful to have worked with her, and trust her to the utmost fullest. There’s no one else like her, and will most likely go to her in the future for any immigration cases.

These guys are truly amazing! I cant speak highly enough of them. When I saw the other review, I was literally outraged, particularly knowing what Asherson Klein & Darbinian have done for me.
Firstly, I’ve always tried my best to stay away from needing attorneys wherever possible, but seeing as though I’m 100% Irish and have always had a burning desire to make a life in the United States, I knew something would eventually have to change :) So my first step along the way was to find a good Immigration attorney to guide me through the whole process. At this point I set out by meeting numerous specialists (and btw there are quite a lot of them to choose from!!), all within the L. A area. As time went on, I was really starting to get disheartened. Yes… most of them had the same impressive legal retainers, fancy office spaces and charismatic front office staff. But none of them truly had what I was really looking for.
That is of course… until I stumbled upon Asherson Klein & Darbinian (AKD).
My world changed for the better since then. What all the others seemed to be lacking, AKD supplied in abundance. I was just crying out for an attorney who actually just gave a damn, someone I could fully trust, someone who could listen & understood me and go to the ends of the earth to help me. Self admittedly, It certainly wasnt going to be the most important case they’d ever lay their hands on, but it was important to me, that they made me feel like it was.
It sounds quite simple really, but its very surprising just how hard this type of good service is to come across. Perhaps it’s just my own mentality, but I didnt want to be just another number on a balance sheet for another hotshot Law Firm. In my own little world, I saw my case as way too important for that. After all I had only one chance to secure my dream to live and work in the U. S, no room for error, so nothing could be left up to chance. I needed the best, and although the best can sometimes comes at a premium, I really couldn’t afford anything but the best. By their very nature, legal fees can be a little hefty at times, but hey, what services nowadays arent. Thankfully AKD have always been phenomenally reasonable with me on their fees. Their rates are still well below the other firms I encountered, but their services still head and shoulders above.
For anyone deeply considering or looking into hiring a law firm for their immigration needs, I would firmly recommend Asherson K-​D. Dont waste time & money with anyone else, you need professional and meticulous experts and thats exactly what these guys are.
In my situation, Ive had 2 successful applications over the last 4 years, granting me the freedom to continue to live and work in my own small business in Los Angeles. In both those circumstances, Anna D. put together the most impressive support packages I could have ever imagined. These cases were so substantial and airtight that neither case had a request for further evidence or documentation.
In truth, Anna and the team at AKD have been an absolute godsend to me. I can honestly say that I wouldn’t still be in this country today had it not been for their passion, dedication, hardwork and sheer commitment to achieving favorable outcomes.
