NEXT GENERATION-​AE, WOW what a complete scam this company is! WILLIE the owner should be ASHAMMED ON HOW HE CONDUCTS HIS BUSINESS AND SHOUDL BE closed down and not able to do business here in the USA. Willie the owner is from France and unlike France we here in America have laws. I would say don’t walk away from this company run as fast as you can, Buyer beware Willie and his company are SCAMMERS. The District attorney’s office should be notified. They installed solar pannels and now 1 ½ years later the panels are up and not turned on because Next Generation-​AE never completed the work that was promised in order to turn it on. Also the work they somewhat completed was poor workmanship which needs to be corrected. They told me they had to chop tree’s down in order to prevent shadding so they chopped down many tree’s on our property and stated they killed them and needless to say they didn’t and the tree’s grew back and are popping through the panels as well as growing around the panels, I am not sure if the panels are now damaged due to the lack of response from this company and never following through with their commitments. I have called 2 – 3 times monthly, chased them down and researched their new phone number after they moved and then I finally talked to someone who promised to come out and take a look to resolve this issue, three times they promised to come out and then canceled each time stringing me along in hopes they will complete their job. This job was never completed and the solar was never turned on. Their workers cut through asphalt never patching it back up to lay their solar pipes, they drilled through our fairly new concrete walls that now leak never patching them up, DWP has been out here twice to see what the status is on turning the solar on and can’t even find the turn off switch. This has been a complete nightmare for us. If anyone out there has been wronged by this company and want’s to start a class action suit against them please respond back with your experiences to stop companies like Next Generation-​AE from taking advantage and doing this kind of wrongful acts of business to others.
Their agreement started off with a simple contract and promises that their salespeople offered and agreed to complete with extra work if I signed up with them. Willie has since gone through many employee’s 2 of them which were the salespeople for our job who are no longer with that company. I am so very disappointed in Next Generation –AE and Willie the owner. Willie could care less about anyone but himself and is by all means NO PROFESSIONAL. Willie’s contractor’s license needs to be revoked and I have filed a complaint with the contractors license board of California. I never met Willie nor do I ever want to or plan on it, I don’t like people who think they can get away with conducting themselves in a non professional way and scamm innocent home owners, this company is very, very shaddy. I would give this company negitive stars if Unilocal allowed me! When Willie last stated to his manager that «this conversation was over» I was fuming, not ever meeting him and having a conversation with him I could not understand what he meant. His conversation to his employee might be over but my conversation to everyone just started when he bowed out not wanting to complete his job and leaving me hanging with a system that doesn’t work!

I just got my solar panels installed today, and I’m very happy of the work this company did. The design is perfect, the guy who came to give me information about the product, was so nice. I’m lucky because the home owners of my area are eligible for the state hero program. I would advise anyone eligible for this program to go for it without any question. It saves me a lot of money on my energy bills, and I made no money down for the installation
