This could and very well be THE WORST building in all of Los Angeles, but certainly Beverly Hills. My family and I moved in thinking that we’d be living in a state of the art building thats secure, welcoming and most of all in good condition. None of which were true.
Our cars got broken into. None of the ‘security cameras’ work, We had virtually no security. No support from Corporate. The building is a front and under constant renovations. Different workers in and out all the time parking in your designated parking spots. The building has gone through several property managers in the short time we lived there with the latest, Stacie Riddle who has made it no better.
For whats said to be a high end building– Stacie and Kathy Birkland (the biopolar corporate manager) make it less to be desired. I’ve heard Kathy make not only racial remarks but antagonize and belittle other residents when confronted with these very issues. They are Very unprofessional and quite rude. Many tenants come and leave staying only a couple months. For the amount of money my husband and I were paying (7000+/mth) these two really depreciate the value of the property.
I hate to seem as though i’m venting, but when your PM (Stacie Riddle) is throwing more parties in her ‘free’ apartment with a bunch of Loud drunk people stumbling around and causing fights in our lobby it sets a very poor tone.
Take your money elsewhere, unless Jamal Properties (the real owners step in) this place will be a dump in no time!
