I feel the necessity to do this, I’m very sorry if I cause any inconvenience to the employees over the pharmacy, I wrote a consumer survey, and in the section if the associate was friendly? I said no, did not meaning unfriendly but professional, but did not have the option, I tried to do it again and I could not .
About the store it is amazing!!!

I’ve been around this rite since it was a thrifty store and I was still a little girl. Yeah I do believe they’re a bit understaffed but for the past years, their service never changed. Especially the ice cream area! It’s been renovated so much. And fortunately it’s ²⁴⁄₇! Not a lot of rite aid locations are open like that. So keep up the good work!

This pharmacy has horrible service levels. Just waited 20 min and then another 20 as they did not even have the full prescription ready for an order placed 24 hours ago.

The only reason I use this pharmacy is because they’re open 24 hours and it’s convenient but my experience with the staff has never been pleasant. The pharmacy techs (especially the night staff) are uncaring, rude, and overall unwilling to help. Be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait some more because even though they quote you a 20 – 30 minute wait, the wait time is rarely less than an hour.

How bad can service be? Long lines, messy parking, multiple mistakes in the pharmacy. Terrible!
Examples: 1. Mislabeled medication; 2. Mediation promised by a set date, and not delivered; 3. Long lines; 4. Price discrepencies.

Worst customer service.
They kept me on hold forever and when they did answer, they wouldn’t provide me any information. That’s why I go to CVS.

YASS! This rite aid is my go to and has given me countless memories over the years. I’m still getting over the renovation though. It looks great. Very clean, professional, fresh and shiny just how Beverly Hills likes it. If I need something ASAP and I want to get a good deal this rite aid is my spot. I use a telephone number that gives me great discount. I save tons. The Rite aid ice cream — chocolate molten crunch is the only thing you should get. I drink alkaline water so I get 2 waters for 4 $ it’s not a WOW deal but it’s wow for me because the rest of my family can drink acidic water. The validation is good for an hour, amazing. Take advantage of it. Shhhh. You can return something that didn’t work out just keep your receipt. They are great with customer service

This Rite Aid location is totally understaffed. I waited 20 min to find someone to take a passport picture of me. The manager finally came. He was so stressed that he had so many problems to use the camera. And then he found out the battery is empty. :D
While I waited, I realized that there were so many other people waiting and no one could come and help them.
The pharmacy is not better. They have the longest lines and it’s not moving an inch after 10 min.
Someone needs to fix these issues!

Worst pharmacy ever. I came here yesterday. They had lost my prescription. I had to call my doctor again to call in my prescription again. My doctor calls it in again yesterday. Now I am here again today and they still don’t have the prescription ready. They want me to wait for 20 min. What they were doing since the last 24 hours??? so unprofessional.

So this Rite Aid is super nice. Great layout and spacious. If you’re just running i to buy a couple things then it is perfect.
On the other hand, if you are going to the pharmacy be careful. It is totally hit or miss with the line. The pharmacists are very helpful but it gets slammed. The line could be huge!

The front store service is bad or worse. They literally always have lines and the cash registers take so long even to buy one item. No one is friendly. They made over the store now it’s time to make over the staff. Starting with new managers!

This has got to be the fanciest Rite Aid I’ve seen.
The ice cream station is definitely fancier than usual with a small seating area, an outdoor patio seating and a water station with complementary cups.
This Rite Aid is also probably the only convenient place to find a public restroom if you’re only driving through the area.
This Rite Aid also has a private parking lot.

Yes, a life-​saver when you need a little holiday help. No wrapping paper, but with presents ready just sitting around looking nervously like they’re going to arrive undressed — it was time for action!
Found the last possible minute and with hunch, popped in. Not only is this kinda gorgeous for a pharmacy, they had tons of wrapping paper available and already marked down. My second biggest fear averted (that it would BH outrageous prices), joined my truly biggest fear that they’d even have wrapping paper: Neither were an issue.
The ice-​cream counter was tempting, but it was late enough already (plus, I didn’t see anyone behind the goodies. In general, though, the three staff members I did have dealings with over the course of my first visit, we’re all very helpful, friendly and professional. Can’t see the low star ratings as valid, but that’s just my opinion.

A crowd of people are just standing here waiting for their filled prescriptions because they can’t sell them without the pharmacist here. He’s on lunch.
Staff called floor manager over and they huddled said nothing could be done then laughed.
Plenty of apologies but that’s not helping a bunch of angry, coughing sick people are just standing here. Going on 45 mins and counting.
People are yelling. Nothing is happening.
1 hour 30 mins waiting.
Plus don’t expect any privacy. The people behind the counter are loudly sharing people’s names, birthdays and prescription info between themselves– so unprofessional.

Most disorganized, unprofessional pharmacy. Always understaffed. Everyone in line is agitated. So disheartening to see this.
Hire more people. Train your staff.
Please, enough is enough.

This place was a life-​saver. All, and I mean, ALL CVS 24hour pharmacies nation-​wide were unable to process any scripts last night leaving us calling from place to place to see if any other pharmacy was open. This Rite Aid was and the pharmacists were extremely polite and helpful. The wait time was next to nothing and the store itself was immaculately clean and well-​kept. Couldn’t have been more relieved to find this open as a 24hr pharmacy.

10 starts for the Newley renovated Rite Aid Pharmacy it is so modern and perfect. Parking is VERY easy to find, the employees are well trained, and service is great. The pharmacy does have a long line during the day but that’s the case with most pharmacies in Beverly Hills area. The rite aid rewards program is also a very big plus I’m a regular so I get 20% off all my shopping. The ice cream is DELICIOUS You have to try it if you go there. They have a lot of verity no matter what you’re looking for. Overall this is def one of the best pharmacies in the area, rite aid is doing big things at all its new locations and people should be taking advantage!

Just come in and check this place out! It’s bright and everything is neatly stacked. 24 hours so you can come as you please at any hour. Pharmacy can get busy at times but hey, it ²⁴⁄₇ ok… Ice cream is awesome here! Peace out… I love this RA and you will too!

Oh my God! I really love this rite aid for the fact that the pharmacy counter is actually open 24 seven. There need to be like 1 million of these all over Los Angeles. I ended up having to go to the emergency room on a Saturday night because of pinkeye. And I was racking my brain on how to get my prescription filled. So I did a Unilocal search and found this place. I really think it’s the only 24 hour counter that’s open. You will see other listings of 24 hour pharmacies but it’s really just Store that’s open and there is no pharmacist on site filling prescriptions. This place is a total lifesaver and parking is free for like the first hour. It’s also in Beverly Hills so it wasn’t too far from me. Love love love this place. And the staff was really nice and helpful. I hope I never have to use this place again but I’m glad to know that it’s here.

Healthcare Horror Story
Pretend: You’re now as old or older than your parents.
Your income is fixed, like no disposable dollars for frivolous stuff; groceries might be a problem.
Medicare arbitrarily, or so it seems, changes «the rules» and the price of your life saving drug (s) skyrockets.
You turn to a mail order pharmacy to save a few bucks then they get bought out and your prescription, the life saving one (s), is/​are lost in transition, translation, as the new company’s clueless and their customer service reps, although respectful, don’t speak English very well.
Yesterday: That’s exactly what happened to my friend, my neighbor.
Out of meds, where missing a dose could be fatal, we turned to Rite Aid where she still fills a few prescriptions.
Enter saintly pharmacist who provided an interim supply until this mess can be straightened out overseas.
I regret I didn’t get his name through my tears. Yes, I had an in-​store-​tissue-​required-​major-​meltdown, cried all the way on the walk home… that’s how critical his act of professionalism and kindness was…

Epilogue: Store is not without its flaws but pharmacy service yesterday was five star!
