Great surgeon, great guy. Has operated on many people I know providing life changing results. Following my recommendation, three individuals at the law firm where I work were operated on by Dr. Glousman and experienced a full and complete recovery in no time. Dr. Glousman was the team surgeon for the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim for 17 years, and the pro’s always pick the best. He’s been practicing for around 30 years so surgery is second nature to him.

There are no words to express how thankful and how much gratitude I feel for Dr. Glousman, he never gave up on me. I started having right shoulder pain back in January 2013 and in October of the same year I started having pain on my left shoulder as well, I guess all those years of lifting weights and swimming took a toll on me. I saw Dr. Glousman probably back in July 2013 for the first time, my primary doctor recommended me to go see him and he took a more conservative approach to my problem before he recommended surgery. I did physical therapy for about 6 months, I got a couple of cortisone injections, I tried resting and also, I modified my exercise routine. I followed Dr. Glousman recommendations but at the end nothing really worked so by February 6th2014 he did surgery on my right shoulder and he also performed the same procedure 8 days ago(Oct 29th2014) on my left shoulder. He did what is known as «decompression of the rotator cuff»; he removed bone spurs and also removed bad scar tissue I developed over the years. I got to say after only 8 days of having such a massive surgery on my left shoulder it feels AMAZING, the horrible pain I was in before the surgery is gone, that pinching pain is no longer there and I can move my arm well. I’m sore from the surgery but it’s a different kind of pain. I still have a few months of physical therapy ahead but I can tell my left shoulder is going to get back to normal in no time. My right shoulder after 9 months of surgery still feels a little painful but also better in comparison to what it was. I trust Dr. Glousman 100% he is hands down the BEST orthopedic surgeon in Los Angeles and the best I’ve visited from the 4 different orthopedic doctors I’ve seen in the last year and half(including one from overseas). He listens to you and your needs, he doesn’t rush to get rid of you and to go to the next patient, and he takes his time to explain what’s going on with you and your options. Believe me when I say that I tried absolutely everything to get my shoulders back to normal before I opted for surgery: PRP injections, Prolotherapy(which turned out to be a complete scam), physical therapy, resting, no exercising, exercising, anti inflamatories, acupuncture, etc. So if you are in need of orthopedic care and if you are looking for the best surgeon there is then I would recommend you to see this doctor with no hesitation. He is simply the best.
