I have had two procedures done at this center. The first was done by Dr. Ourian who was highly competent, skilled and involved with the results. I had two sessions of fillers and was MORE than satisfied with my results. I next had the Cool Sculpt last Nov. done by a technician. She was, and all of the staff I have dealt with. so professional, trying to make you as comfortable and relaxed as possible… and I was there for 7+ hours! My result from the Cool Sculpt were fantastic and I would highly recommend this procedure. And Rana is the best! I will be back!

I have been seeing Dr. Ourian for over a decade now. The filler work he does is AMAZING! As I have aged I have had to use more and more filler and the cost has slowly increased in line with the increase in amount of filler I have needed which is common sense. I typically need 8 syringes of restylane now for all over my face. Not cheap but the results have always been amazing and last. I always leave feeling and looking my best. He truly is a sculptor and knows exactly which areas need the most help. I never leave looking «overdone» which is a huge fear of mine. My friends all comment on how great I look.

Besides being the most gorgeous office I’ve ever been in, the staff was so gracious and lovely. I have read the previous reviews and agree the price point for fillers is outrageous, but at this point, I believe you are paying for the artistry of the Doctor. I went in for a consult and had not planned on spending that much for fillers. He charges by area not by syringe. I couldn’t spend what he was charging and they gladly gave me my 500.00 consult back. What a wonderful and completely unexpected surprise. I loved everyone in this office and would go back in a hot minute for any of his services. He knows how to treat clients and his staff is just as wonderful. I’ll be back there!

For those of you wondering about their price on fillers… I was told upfront that there is a 500 $ consultation fee that goes towards procedure, that they do not charge by syringe but by area, and that the cost for under eye filler could be around 1,900 $ — 5,000 $. My review is strictly on their «customer service» over the phone… I found them to be honest and direct. Which is much appreciated because I can’t spend that much on just under eye filler. Altho I think his prices are too high (milking «celebrity» status) I also think it’s unfair to give him a bad review simply because one can’t afford him. I might save up and go to him for Artefill chin fillers then hopefully I can review his work.

It really pains me to write this review but I really hoped for more. This review is for laser treatment for stretch marks on stomach. I’m a 29 year old white male and finished my last treatment over 6 months ago.
The pros: close to my office so I could walk, staff is incredibly nice, lounge/​waiting room is filled with water, tea and snacks :)
The cons: $ 6,900 to cover 3 treatments (1 additional one provided for free as the nurse agreed results were minimal) and after care prescription. Be prepared to wait well beyond your appointment time. There was one time where I waited for an hour.
The treatment: super painful since they are literally lasering/​burning the top layer of your skin. Super stinky but hey, it’s burning skin! Nurses are super aware and will pause for breaks. A few days after treatment it will scabby and tender. Use the ointments and RX creams as instructed.
The results: a very, very, very slight decrease in appearance of stretch marks (maybe 10−20%) as opposed to the 60−80% as explaind. I would have preferred to not have the treatment and saved the $ 6,900. My final consultation I waited 90-​minutes and I had to go. I told them to call me to reschedule and I have not heard back from them yet.
Final thought: not worth.

Dr. Ourian’s office is extremely friendly. The office is beautiful and very welcoming. Come see him, you won’t regret it!

I wanted to update my review and add another star due to the fact that Dr. Ourian reached out via email and apologized for the whole debacle in regards to my horrendous wait. That made a much better impression. I only added one more star because unless I go back and actually get a service I still think the waiting and service was not acceptable.

Took 6 days to call me back. It’s $ 500 for a consultation and the consultation is with assistant not the doctor. The lady on the phone would not reveal the price of the treatment I wanted. So you have to pay $ 500 to go in the office and find out. Not even an estimate so you take a risk setting up appt and paying for consultation. That’s not putting your customers first. Obviously they care more about making money than their patients. I will take my business elsewhere.

Idk who in their right mind would go to this Dr. I followed him on ig and was seeking probably upwards of $ 20,000 of surgery, at the very least. Only to be hung up on by his very rude, uneducated, uninformed receptionist. Her personality or lack there of was unnerving. Any Dr. to have an idiot like that working his front desk, as his marketing and brand ambassador isn’t touching my face. I am coming from 6−8hrs away, would have to fly in and was shocked at how I was just treated. Im an esthetician and could have referred many clients to him. Guess he doesn’t need or care about his patients. You cannot charge Neiman prices for Walmart service.

I would like to start off by saying that the office is very nice and his staff are sweet. Rana, the consultant, came in to give my sister and I some options for our dark under eye circles. She was very sweet and made us feel comfortable.
The treatments we needed were voluma injections that costs $ 3,900 and 1 cool laser treatment which is another $ 3,900.
I wrote this review to inform people who are looking into this treatment and refuse to drop $ 8,000 in 45 minutes for a TEMPORARY FIX. I have nothing against the doctor and I probably would’ve done it if it was a different price.

I have received Botox treatment twice from this famed Beverly Hills doctor. Unfortunately patient experience is mixed. Some of the employees smile and are amazing (Z), others are walking scowls. The doctor while pleasant, he spent very little time in the room injecting the botox (no more than 5 minutes); he must have a trained eye for this as he put no markings on muscle areas like others have done. Results are great!!!
Would I return? Yes — pricing on Botox is great. It is $ 200 per area. I will be back for CoolSculpting, which is $ 600 per area, and more Botox (I had a Botox touch-​up the first time which was complimentary).
I understand Dr. Ourian has received TONS of press because of the Kardashians but I hope he does not take this as an opportunity to increase his prices dramatically.

Worth the read if you want to save $ 4k!
I conducted a lot of research on who the best doctor would be to help me achieve my desired results for MONTHS. I finally decided on Dr. Simon Ourian, MD and began to pour my excitement into the potential of working with him on correcting my uneven lips. I used Unilocal to help me make this decision and saw many positive reviews of clients who had wonderful experiences and even raved about how reasonably priced he was. From previous comments of other clients, I used this link to check the prices:
— even provided by Dr. Ourian himself in a response to a review. Juvederm $ 700/​syringe. I figured, ok that’s quite a bit higher than other advertised prices, but he performs stellar work, so I am sure it is worth it, and I will likely only need half of a syringe — so I’m gauging $ 350 or so (also based on previous comments by clients on Unilocal). I have personal time off from work coming up, so I figured now would be a great time to get lip fillers. Yesterday, I decided to call and book a consultation at his office.
Firstly, I was already turned off by the receptionist who was handling the calls. She had no personality, was very cold and could care-​less about building rapport. Whenever I tried to ask her questions, she was not helpful (I could tell she didn’t want to deal with them) and never even provided her name. Girl, if you’re going to be on the front-​line of a cosmetic business, you better be making every single person who calls feel like they’re speaking to a concierge at an all-​inclusive resort — not some PMS’ing DMV rep. Nonetheless, we scheduled an appointment and she told me to bring a non-​refundable $ 500 for a consultation fee that would be credited towards the procedure. WHAT?! $ 500!?! To see a DOCTOR who may tell me my desired results are not ideal? As it is, a syringe of temporary lip fillers should cost no more than $ 300-​$ 400, and I was expecting to use only half.
Already shocked, I tried to reference the price list I had seen on their site for her confirmation and she denied it existed even though I had just looked right at it. Lovely. So I’m thinking, ok, she’s a terrible customer service representative, but I just need to get past her to see the DOCTOR, what really matters. So I ask her how much she thinks it could cost if I’m about to drop $ 500 — of course she could not even give me a range. Put off by her attitude, I told her I would call back after doing more research (and hope I catch someone else on the phone than her next time). I AM SO HAPPY I DID!
My first instinct was to check Unilocal again and see the current reviews. WOW. Has this facility slipped since I last checked. So many people are disappointed and were baited into thinking they were paying one price advertised and were charged triple. Some people (who I feel AWFUL for) even went into the office to find out they’d be charged an ASTRONOMICAL amount for temporary fillers — $ 3k-​$ 4k! WTF?! NO WAY. What’s in these syringes, rare water from the fountain of youth? Are people really falling for this?! So basically, they want you to go in for a consultation for $ 500 to likely find out you don’t want to pay that much for the procedure (because who the hell is expecting to spend thousands of dollars on something that will last 6 – 9 months!?), and then you’re out the $ 500 you could have actually spent on achieving your results with a reasonable doctor. NO WONDER the receptionist lied about the list and didn’t want to tell me the price — they probably make a lot of their money off of the consultation just getting people in there to be fooled. I wonder if people go through with it because they already feel so much guilt for that $ 500 up front? I do not care how rich you are (and trust me, I’m not broke), spending that much for something that should be a FRACTION of the cost should be illegal. I am also discovering from these new reviews that Dr. Ourian has been a surgeon to «many celebrities».Ohhh so that’s what’s going on. this man became famous because of the Kardashians and now charges like a diva. Way to stay humble, Dr. Ourian!
Ready for the kicker?! Here’s what inspired my review: Dr. Ourian responded to many reviewers, suspicious they may not be REAL customers. For that reason I thought, «maybe these reported prices are fake, written by scammers? I should check the price list one last time to see if the price really is $ 700/​syringe and call back hopefully to talk to a different rep who can clear up this confusion.» Guess what? THE PRICE LIST IS GONE. It was literally up YESTERDAY — I wish so badly I had taken a screenshot. So the rude receptionist had it taken down after I called, and lied to me to not honor the price? This happened to ppl on Instagram too. GOOD customer service is honoring an advertised price seen by the customer, POINT BLANK. Talk about BAIT and SWITCH. This practice has no integrity, only greed. Now I know who the real scammers are. Beyond disappointed

So Im updating the review, I have had amazing customer service from Rena, and Dr Simon.
Ive done 2 Cool lasers in 2013, and seen little results. They gladly offered a free one since I have not seen results and I did it over a month ago. My skin improved maybe a 10%.
I don’t have acne scars or wrinkles or sun damage in my face. I just wanted to improve tightness and overall texture and pores since I have been in the sun quite a lot in my 20’s. I’ve been seeing improvement in my 4^th treatment. Specially in my chest area where I had tons of sun damage. My face is better like 30%, finally some of the sun spots are really farthing and is overall smooth. No improvement in my lip lines and pores of my nose. A bit tighter overall.

I usually never ever leave a negative review but i am so frustrated that after waiting 4 – 5 weeks for a appt It finally came to my appt time and as soon as I got there I was told the doctor is running 30 min behind and left my number for them to call me back after not getting a call back 1 hour after waiting I went it to check up on my appt and was told there was 3 ppl still ahead of me. What is the point of an appt if I have to wait 1 – 2 hours. Anyways so upset and disappointed I was excited about finally going in but I’ll take my money elsewhere !

I have been using the Epione flawless serum for a few weeks in the morning before my daily moisturizer. Although pricey, the serum will last a long time because just a pea-​sized amount is enough for the entire face This serum is AMAZING. I’m not one to invest in fancy facial products so I was really happy to try this product (along with their facial cleanser which does wonders as well). I’m not sure how it’s improving my skin but it feels amazing soft and I feel just a bit more confident :).

I went in for a consultation with Epione originally around 1 month ago. I found Dr. Ourian because of a YouTube video on The Doctors demonstrating the effectiveness of the Coolaser technology on dark circles under the eyes. The video sold me. The results were pretty outstanding. The doctor specifically stated (on the show) that the cost for the procedure was under $ 1500.
Now, the show came out a few years ago. Fine. I understand inflation. But the price has doubled since then. Despite this, I scheduled an appointment to have the procedure done. I made it 100% clear I was only interested in the Coolaser treatment.
Between the first and second appointment I received phone calls almost daily from Epione, they have a relentless sales team. I’m sure this would majorly anger others with less patience.
Anyways, fast forward to the day of the appointment & procedure. I show up a few minutes late. I also told them I had another appointment in Beverly Hills that same day. I was at the office for 2.5 hours and never once saw the doctor. I had to cancel my other appointment. I had another consultant come in and try to upsell me on fillers in addition to the Coolaser treatment. I wasn’t interested as I am wary of facial fillers and would need to do more research before I would even consider such a thing.
I asked to speak to the doctor to get his professional opinion. The doctor never showed up, instead the consultant next sent in her mousy assistant who again tried to upsell me on facial fillers. I literally repeated myself 6 times that I had no interest in this procedure and she absolutely wouldn’t give up. I wish I got her name because it was the most blatant, rude upselling scam I have seen since the one time I went to a timeshare presentation. I told her one last time I had no interest in the fillers but that I was willing to meet with the doctor to hear his professional opinion.
I waited for another 30 minutes and then walked out the door. I had already missed one appointment and was about to miss another.
Not Recommended.

Dr Ourian contacted me after my initial review and apologized about what had happen. I never had a problem with the Doctor himself but staff was just not that great. He emailed me saying to come in for another consultation with him as well as a complimentary lip augmentation so I went in today and got them done as well as talked to him about some stuff I was interested in. Staff was a lot better today, so my experience with the office was so much better. He did a great job on my lips, I didn’t feel a thing. I was getting anxiety prior because I’m terrified of needles but he made my experience so much better. He also uses this vibration tool that makes your nerves confused so it doesn’t really know if it should feel pain. He kept asking if I was okay. I would go back to see him personally, I’m hoping staff does better in the future. Probably will come back to get the non surgical lipo and maybe more fillers. He’s a great doctor and actually very nice. Staff kind of misrepresented him but I’m glad I gave it a chance

While I have not been in to this place, I have used some of their products and have enjoyed them greatly. The facial cleanser is great for combination skin. Its not too rough or acidic which I prefer, but still feels like it is giving a good deep clean. The Sonic Brush kit is awesome! It gives a great «scrub» without damaging my skin and I feel as if it is really rejuvenating my skin. I like to use it about once or twice a week. I think it has made my complexion much brighter and fresh!
Dr. Ourian is also very friendly, professional, and kind. I have enjoyed all of me dealings with him!

I made this change because of the incredible staff that took care of me. At the top of this list, is the nurse who worked on me — Hilla. She went way beyond her basic role. From the moment we began the treatment I felt confident about her skill with the laser and ultrasound machines. Her warm and caring persona and the emotional support she gave me during the procedures made it a much easier experience. Thank you so much Hilla.
Yajaira is another extraordinary member of his staff. Her care and support have really helped me through some rough moments.

Being that I live in New York City, I did as much research as possible on Dr. Ourian before making a decision to come and see him for a treatment plan to tighten loose skin on my legs and stomach.
His office is beautiful and the reception staff is friendly.
I arrived at my appointment on time, however, I did have to wait an hour to be seen by his nurse to discuss my treatment plan and questions. As I had traveled over 3,000 miles to see Dr. Ourian, I was not happy having to wait an hour for my appointment.
Kristine listened to my concerns and explained the best treatment course to me. When it came down to the pricing, I was taken aback, because it was so incredibly expensive. However, as I really wanted to do this for so long, I decided to «take the plunge» and do the ultrasound and coolbeam laser.
Yajaira took me to the room where I was to be treated. She’s lovely, calm, professional and helped me to relax. Before the treatment began, Dr. Ourian came in to say hello and to quickly look at the treatment plan that Kristine had suggested. He was very warm and exuded a confident professionalism that made me feel that I had chosen the right place for my treatment.
Now to the best part. A nurse named Hilla was in charge of my treatment. From the minute she came into my room, we connected. She was warm, friendly and very professional.
The first part of my treatment plan was the ultrasound.
Before we began, Hilla explained everything that she was going to be doing and what I would feel. It was slightly uncomfortable, but bearable. Hilla worked meticulously on me and I felt very confident in her hands.
The second part of the treatment was the coolbeam laser, which took a lot less time. This too, had a a degree of discomfort, but I didn’t complain once. This treatment was done with the assistance of Krissy, who was delightful and helpful. She held the cool air over the areas where the laser was being used. Again, I had total confidence with Hilla’s handling of the laser over my legs and stomach.
Afterwards, they rubbed analgesic cream over those areas to help with any pain.
As part of the aftercare, I had to buy 2 very expensive creams. They were very pricey, but if they work, then it will be money well spent.
I am back in New York and it is a week after my treatment. My stomach is still a little raw and sore, although my legs don’t really hurt. I don’t notice any difference and to be honest, my stomach and legs look worse, however, I was told by Hilla, who I’ve been in touch with and who has so generously given me her time to answer all my questions, that I need to give those areas of treatment time to heal before I see any results.
I am giving this office 4 stars because of the incredible staff. Carla, Kristine, Yajaira, Krissy and Hilla were fantastic.
I’m praying to God that the results are as good as I’ve been told they would be.
I’ll keep everyone posted and updated as to the results.

This very successful doctor genuinely cares about little olé’ me!
I don’t have a whole lot of money. Therefore, I can’t do a whole lot of fun stuff at Dr. Ourian’s office. Did that stop him from treating me like a filthy rich Kardashian? Nope.
Without getting into the deets, this man went above and beyond to make sure all was right and good with me. This never happens. It’s obvious to me that he cares more about his patients than the all mighty dollar. Maybe this is how he’s so successful? I’m sure it’s a huge part of it.
If you are not completely satisfied, do NOT hesitate to voice it to the good doctor !! He wants you happy! And that I am …
