The Green Room Spa

I’ve kept this review in my back pocket for awhile now. I have been hesitant to share my best kept secret with the Unilocal world. However, the time has come to let the cat out of the bag.
I’ve been coming to Rita, the lovely owner of the Green Room Spa for over a year now. Rita has kind of changed my life. There was a time when I wouldn’t leave the house without makeup because I hated my skin and feared judgment. However, Rita has helped me to feel confident and and worked on repairing my skin. Rita truly is an experienced esthetician who is very much into holistic and natural wellness. A facial with her is not 50 mins, not 60 mins, not even 90 mins… it is a solid two hours! Why? Because she really takes care of your skin, from cleansing, exfoliating, mask, peel and eyebrow tweeze she has you covered. Need microdermabrasion? No problem? Need red light therapy or high frequency for acne or scarring, she’s got you covered. Not to mention the soothing essential oils she diffuses and relaxing music.
Now here is what you need to consider. The Green room spa is located in her home, it’s a one room operation. She has dogs so you must love them and not have allergies. It’s just her and if she’s booked you may not get in when you want to. But trust me she’s worth the wait and every penny.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Green Room Spa’s owner Rita. I had a facial done yesterday and it was by far the best facial I have ever had (and the most affordable). She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Her products are amazing and her thorough understanding of skin’s physiology, chemistry, and anatomy, allows her to deliver an appropriate and customized facial. Not only did my skin look and feel brand new, she also tweezed my eye brows into a natural and beautiful shape. I was reluctant to let her shape my eye brows because I have had so many bad experiences. She explained every step of the shaping process and I ended up with a perfect result! I will be making the Green Room Spa apart of my regular beauty regimen.

Rita and the Green Room Spa are AWESOME! It’s so nice to escape for an hour or so and have a stellar facial — — I totally need to do it more often, but I loved my facial! The whole experience is super relaxing and Rita gave me great information about my skin! She’s also my go-​to for eyebrows!!! If you’re a regular spa-​goer or just a once-​in-​a-​while-​er, this is the place to go!!!
