Kriss is a stylist genius. So gifted and talented but practical and down to earth. Other stylists are the best in their specialities. Great location and O. K parking.

People should be running to see DD De Cou! She brought my hair back to life. I can’t say enough about her work. She was recommended by a friend when she was at a salon in Venice & she is absolutely amazing. I HAD to follow her to Kristoff Ball. She listens to what you want and works with you to make your hair the best it can be either from the cut, color, extensions, & the blow out. The salon is very easy to get to and there’s parking for clients. Everyone at the salon is super nice. I’m moving back east & I’m very sad to leave her.

I recently moved to LA from NYC and was dreading finding a new stylist I could trust. By some miracle, however, I hit the jackpot on my first shot.
A couple months ago, I spontaneously found a gilt deal for Kristoff Ball Salon. I was nervous to book the appointment at first, because my last experience at a Beverly Hills salon through a gilt deal (last summer) ended in sheer disaster. My experience this time around could not have been further from that! I called them, and they were able to accommodate me for that same weekend (!!), and even agreed to do Balayage instead of normal highlights as per the gilt deal. Awesome.
The salon itself is really cool, and everyone that works there is incredibly friendly! My stylist was Ray and he was ready for me when I got there (parking was easy, too!). All I can say is that they consider him the Balayage expert for a reason!!! I didn’t go in with any pictures or styles, just a vague idea of the color I had in mind. He took it from there, and it was SO easy to let go and trust him. He took his time, making sure every strand was perfect!
We had a blast chatting along the way, and the morning flew by. Before I knew it, I was on my way out with a refreshed look I was extremely excited about, and without a doubt a new stylist I would definitely come back to. RAY-YOU’RE AMAZING!

I’m obsessed with Camille! I had a very hard time finding a stylist after relocating from the east coast a few years back. I am mixed (half jamaican/​half east indian) and I have VERY curly hair. Most stylists are intimidated by it’s fullness and curl pattern, but not Camille! She did an initial consult and we both came up with a game plan for my new cut and color.
I didn’t think I would ever go blonde again because of the damage it has done to my hair, but Camille’s confidence and reassurance settled my nerves. I went blonde and I don’t think I’ll ever go back! My curl pattern didn’t change, my hair isn’t overly dry and I don’t experience any breakage. THIS WOMAN IS A BEAST!

Camille is AWESOME! I have been getting my hair cut by her for two years. She has a very keen eye that helps with keeping up with fashion forward haircut trends.
She is a true professional who does not let you make bad hair cut choices. She listens to what you want first, then begins her assessment and recommendations — often explaining why some things will work on you while others may not.
Once she gets to work, you quickly notice just how comfortable and relaxing she makes you feel. She has a very friendly and comforting disposition and will leave you looking and feeling your best to boot! She truly has a skill and is unlike any stylist I have previously used. Will definitely continue to come back and recommend her as she knows what she’s doing.

Jennifer Baker has been a game changer in my hair world. Speaking as a former hairstylist, this woman knows her stuff. I, like many of you, dread seeing a stylist for a haircut as much as seeing my dentist for a filling, that is until… This woman!!! She’s the best!

What a great experience with someone who listens to what you want and knows what he is doing.
I purchased a Gilt City voucher for a haircut with Kristoff, in desperate need of someone to cut my hair. The salon is awesome and super cool, with cool stuff on the walls and a really different yet cozy feel. It felt like I was super disconnected from the outside world, and for an hour two on a busy, that’s a really nice feeling.
Kristoff looked at some photos I had on my ipad and assessed my wild mane. He explained to me what would work and what might not and I trusted him. From start to finish, the experience was really wonderful. Kristoff took his time with my cut, blow dry, flat iron and one more cut through to perfect my locks. The result was and still is awesome. The first time I did my own hair, I fell in love all over again.
I can’t wait to go back in a few months for another cut.
Kristoff is beyond talented and such a pleasure to chat with. I would go sit in that chair pretty much every day if I could!

I followed my colorist, Ashley Childers, here from her previous salon simply because this woman is AMAZING at what she does! I am as picky and particular as they come when it comes to my hair but Ashley totally gets me and always listens to what I want and need. I’m a natural blonde but I like to boost my hair with highlights. Natural and effortlessly blended are the two things I look for when it comes to getting my highlights done and Ashley has mastered both. She’s a blonde herself so I feel she really understands what I want. She’s meticulous and thorough and I always leave with a smile. Ashley is my hair guru and I trust her completely!!! If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing, Ashley is it!!!

I went to Kristoff Ball after buying a deal on Gilt City. I got partial highlights with Kristoff and a cut with his associate Lindsay. Both were amazing and I can honestly say my hair looks better than it has in years. I was nervous about dying my hair again as I went blonde a few years ago and had a not so great experience. But Kristoff did an amazing job and made it look natural yet dynamic as I asked for. I assumed before going in that the salon and Kristoff would be pretentious but I was wrong. It’s beautifully designed, has a cool and funky vibe, and Kristoff and all his staff are so down to earth. I had such a great experience here and already booked my next appointment. This is my new spot.

I went to the Kristoff Ball Salon for the first time a couple weeks ago and I loved it. I went in for a cut and highlight with Lindsey Smith. It was the best highlight I’ve ever gotten and I’ve had multiple compliments since with people asking me where I got my hair done. I highly recommend going to the Kristoff Ball Salon bc the staff is great and very professional while the salon itself has a fun, unique vibe. Be sure to make an appointment with Lindsey bc you won’t be disappointed… she’s my new go to hair girl!

Just had my first highlight by Kristoff & will definitely be back again. Best color I’ve ever had, by far… I’m picky about the shade of blonde I like, & I felt like he knew exactly the color I wanted without me even having to say it. Kristoff was really friendly, fun, and of course incredibly knowledgeable. The salon is very cool, full of awesome art, and it felt very welcoming and laid back. Highly recommend!
