Tourbillon Boutique

I had the pleasure to experience the Tourbillon boutique in Beverly Hills on Rodeo Drive. I walked in receiving a warm welcome from the staff. We all know that walking into a high end boutique can be very daunting and intimidating. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable on their brands while having a tour of the boutique.
Having my eye on a few different brands to choose for my next timepiece, I was given valuable information on the history and technical aspects of the two brands I was debating between to purchase.
The service and time spent with me gave a lasting impression that the staff truly enjoyed what they did and were here to assist me in selecting the right timepiece for my collection.

I had heard that Swatch Group was not very proud of their Tourbillon Boutiques and I realized why today when I came here to have my Omega Seamaster sized. There was no greeting at the door and I was simply told that they do not have a watchmaker on site. Sizing a watch is a very simple procedure and I know the staff are trained to do it. When I asked how they size their own watches when they make a sale happen, gentleman said we don’t. You would think that one out of 5 employees there would have the decency to offer assistance but that did not happen. Go to brand boutiques the level of customer service is non comparable!
