True Element Massage & Bodywork

What a find! Stephanie has an effortlessly intuitive and healing touch, and you know the massage is going to be wonderful from the moment it starts. Her treatment room is tucked inside an osteopath/​physical therapy center, which caters to the French national basketball team. The whole space is not large, but it’s airy and immaculate, and Stephanie’s treatment room is cozily zen.
The only thing that took me aback is that the back window curtains were a tad sheer considering that you’re getting nearly naked. (That also means, with the sun streaming in, the room is on the bright side if you have a morning/​afternoon appointment.) Other than that, Stephanie was able to intuit an injury that I hadn’t thought about in a while, and I left the session floating. Plus, you may get to see hot basketball players.

I visited Stephanie for reflexology, and it was a very good experience. She is friendly and charming and her space is light and very clean. The reflexology was terrific and I left there more relaxed than I had been in months!

I came here this week because I had bought a
daily deal online for a reflexology session at True Element at about a 70% discount. What a deal!
Admittedly, I was a bit confused upon arrival. The address is located in a building containing mostly small business offices. There are law offices, consulting groups, and a physical therapy office. The bodywork services are actually done in a room in the physical therapy office.
It is pretty cool, Stephanie is the resident massage therapist for the entire physical therapy practice. She spends most of her time helping the old and injured get relief from pain, movement restrictions or other ailments. While much of her work is medically based, the ambiance of the massage room feels very zen, light and airy.
The reflexology session was about 45 minutes long and she did my hands and feet. Stephanie is very well trained and is excellent at what she does. She was so spot on with health suggestions. She could tell that I had chronic asthma and that I had recently had a sinus infection based on the texture of certain tissues in my feet. WOW! I have always believed in the power of reflexology but have never experienced its practicality in person, I was blown away!!!
It was nice to know that she had such medical experience, I really felt like she a great handle on what happens to the body when things go wrong.
I highly suggest Stephanie’s work to anyone, she is great.
