This place is convenient. I started working in the area and gave them a shot. The store isn’t huge but they work quickly. I got my shirts and pants next day. Not crazy expensive for the area either. They do offer you 30%off if you check in with them here.

Great with costumer service, removing the stains it’s awesome they do magic removing stains. been to this place for 3 years never had any problem pressing it’s great and awesome people! Never had any issues and people always smiling! Alteration great Taylor he knows exactly what he is doing!

Do NOT go to this place. They are THIEVES! I was lured to go there as they mailed me a coupon, so I decided to give them a try. I took 4 pieces of regular clothing (ie, nothing fancy or beaded or anything). The guy at the counter took my clothes, and the coupon which he attached to my bill, and in addition WROTE «$ 4 per piece.» When I went to pick up, however, the woman at the counter charged me $ 23! When I asked why, and even showed her their own employee’s handwriting and the coupon which was previously attached to my bill, she started shouting and calling ME dishonest! I was shocked, at her dishonesty and lack of respect. I will NEVER return.

They are very friendly here. We have been going here for over two years now and only come here. The prices are competitive for the area and the staff is great. That being said, there have been a couple of instances that my husband’s clothes or my clothes have come back messed up, missing button or something. All in all, we still end up going even after that.

vip cleaners is doing good job. i was there first time and they treated me very well. They have good staff to help you and get clothes clean with professionally treated. THERE PRICE ARE GOOD.

I wish I had read these reviews before I dropped my clothes off here. I was desperate for a fluff and fold. Really desperate. So I dropped my clothes off here. I know these things can get expensive, so I asked before I left. About how much do you think it will be? They gave me their per pound rate (1.99, which is more than more other places) and then said that I had about 10 lbs of clothes. FIne. Then when I called to pick up my clothes the estimate had changed to 18lbs. WTF. It’s total bs. I’ll take my rip off this time since I have to get my clothes back somehow, but I will never EVER EVER come back here. UGH.

NO STARS ON THIS BUSINESS!!! These people are CROOKS and LIARS! In September I had a one of a kind vintage western shirt with fringe cleaned there. They assured me they do these kind of shirts «all the time», they handle music bands etc. After going over in detail how it needs to be carefully cleaned becuz of delicate fringe and the girl put notes all over it. I got it back COMPLETELY RUINED !! All fringe was torn and frayed! After 4 days of trying to get the owner to call me back, he finally did and admitted he was at fault and he will reimburse me for the shirt’ and he will call me back. No phone calls, no response. I called and called. nothing. I called the manager and she was rude and told me «You should expect to have damage!» REALLY! !!! What a crazy person. She would not let me speak with Mr PATEL the lying and irresponsible owner becuz he was telling her that he did NOT want to speak to me! .
I drove over there from the valley and gave him a letter stating all the facts and to contact me. He said he would have his lawyer see it and get back with me. Yeah right. These people are crooks. I reported them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU about their illegal practices. They take advantage of customers and hide from the mistakes and ruin and lose clothing! STAY AWAY! If I had signs I would post them outside their bizness every damn day. Mr Patel you shouldn’t even BE IN THIS COUNTRY!

I am only giving this place 1 star because they can clean my dresses from sky and other boutiques that use lots of intricate beading, gems and detail work.
Besides that… DO NOT GO. period.
reason 1: They are E-​X-​P-​E-​N-​S-​I-​V-​E.
reason 2: There are only a couple of women who work here who are nice. The dude is RUDE, CHEAP, and makes me want to smack him.
reason 3: I received a few coupons for this place but here’s the catch: you have to present the coupons BEFORE you even come back to pick up your clean laundry. So basically I brought a $ 5 off coupon but since I had to present it before paying they charged $ 5 extra.
bad business. don’t go here.
