There are two underneath structures which you do have to pay for, one is part of the location and the other is like around the corner. last time i was there we had to pay $ 8.00. Which is not bad at all.
They also have valet parking if you prefer that too.
This center is so beautiful inside, it has two floors for the bottom and top seats.
they also have a nice outside area where they host food events or just to mingle and wait while your show starts.
They have a will call section to pick your tickets up and where you can purchase your tickets too.
they also have one bar inside the center, they did allow us to take drinks inside where we seen the play. They also carry snacks too, just in case you want to nibble on something.

Such a beautiful space! We went to see City of Conversation and enjoyed an excellent production that was intellectual and current.
Loving this new addition to Beverly Hills! Can’t wait to go see another performance at the Wallis Annenberg Center.

Gorgeous venue in the heart of Beverly Hills. Our first time visit wowed us with it’s magical mix of classic and contemporary. It’s stately, classy, and very clean. The Bram Goldsmith theater space feels cozy. Seating is comfortable and elegant. Everything presents like a return to the graciousness of a bygone era, but freshened for today’s sensibilities.
We saw «The City of Conversation» as part of a Unilocal Elite event. It was the first time we’d been to a theater event through Unilocal Elite, so wasn’t sure what to expect. Though we didn’t see many fellow Unilocalers, we enjoyed the opportunity to experience the evening’s reception and excellent performance.
The seats we were assigned were outstanding. The production featuring Christine Lahti as a Georgetown mover & shaker was an artful mix of irony, comedy, family and political drama, with a few twists. Using the large façade of the stage’s frame to project images at scene transitions was very effective. The historical montages brought back memories in rapid fire fashion.
I especially enjoyed the performances of Ms. Lahti, plus David Selby («Dark Shadows», «Falcon Crest»), and Stephen Culp. Michael Lerned («The Waltons») had a smallish role, but made good use of her stage time.
Can’t wait to return to The Wallis for other events. Much appreciated, L.A. West Unilocal Elite!

Really impressive old-​school architecture, new-​school interior, and intimate concert hall. Sat in the last row/​center of the Bram Goldsmith Theater for a play, and the view and sound were great!
sponsored «First Nights at the Wallis» in the lovely outside terrace, and there were complementary drinks, food, dessert, and coffee. I wasn’t a fan of the play, but the Wallis was a great location.

The venue is located in the heart of Beverly Hills on the backside of the Rodeo Drive area. It’s across the street from City Hall so there’s plenty of structure parking nearby and if you’re lucky street parking. It’s within walking distance of most of the great places to eat at in the rodeo drive vicinity. The venue is very modern and upscale. You can tell that it’s not terribly too old because of the structure and architecture.
As you walk in the floors are made of probably formicah (faux marble) or even marble themselves– I mean it is Beverly Hills right?
The box office stands out and is very visible as you enter. The associates at the box office for a very pleasant and easy to deal with when I went to purchase my tickets for the performance I came to see. I asked him for directions to the performing arts theater and they gave me step-​by-​step ways on how to get there. When I entered the theater it was immaculately clean, large, and well put together. When the play begin the audio from the speakers was perfect also. It proved that this was is an awesome venue. I would gladly come back here to watch a performance when available.

Beautiful venue. The Wallis Annenberg Center is everything you’d expect and more. Incredible facility with nice artwork, incredible stage design, comfortable seats, extremely nice staff and first class productions. A must visit for locals and visitors alike. I look forward to returning.

I have been a subscriber since the Wallis opened. The theatre itself is beautiful and the shows are usually well done. The problem is the customer service. I arrived 30 minutes before a show so I could exchange some future tickets. Despite the fact that the box office had three people working there and not a single person was in line, they refused to help me. They said they were too busy. They said to come back after the show. Shame on them. Never have I had this treatment at the Center Theater Group.

This Beverly Hills venue is one of the newer theaters to hit LA, and it’s a great spot to catch some shows in a luxury setting.
They bring A-​material to this theater, as I recently got to enjoy the star-​studded play Love Letters with Ali MacGraw and Ryan O’Neal as well as see the world famous pianist Jean-​Yves Thibaudet take the stage. I also recently got to enjoy a screening of the classic film From Here to Eternity, as part of the center’s Frank Sinatra Centennial celebration. The celebration even included a panel discussion with Nancy Sinatra and a well known LA arts critic.
The modern design of the space makes this theater extra special, as the outdoor patio features beautiful fountains where water cascades down the walls so gently you almost don’t notice as you walk by.
Parking is valet (for a fee) or directly across the street in a paid lot that charges $ 8.
Many thanks to the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts as well as Unilocal West LA for treating me to some amazing entertainment at one of LA’s loveliest arts venues.
Tip: Close to Beverly Hills City Hall, it’s hard to find a good spot to grab a bite in the immediate area. My suggestions: 9021PHO, which is a very short drive (and the place where Kanye West infamously hit his head on the sign and it was caught on tape) and for drinks The Roger Room which is a longer drive but worth it for a good craft cocktail in a hip joint.

I love the new Wallis theater and was delighted by the performance of «Guys and Doll» recently. It’s a very accessible and comfortable theater with a great modern yet old school plush feel. Great for all ages. I have seen 3 shows here and they have all been top notch with solid performers. I highly recommend this venue as a unique and memorable experience.

Gorgeous performing arts venue in the middle of Beverly Hills.
I have been here a couple of times now, once for a play and another time to hear a public speaker. Both times I was impressed with the venue. Seating is very comfortable and the venue is very easily accessible.
Parking is easy and convenient and there is valet directly in front of the building or a garage below. They almost always have an enticing play being shown, so this is a fantastic place to see the arts in Los Angeles.

Thanks to a Unilocal Elite event, me and a plus one watched Guys and Dolls at the Wallis. It was my first time at the Wallis and I’m glad that I finally watched a show here! Such a lovely production and it was wondering having orchestra seats! The theater is small but cozy. It’s also very COLD inside so I recommend bringing a jacket/​sweater or wearing pants (I wore a dress so my legs were freezing). The pre-​show reception was wonderful too (smoked salmon pizza, some appetizers, coffee) but I wish I ate dinner beforehand because it wasn’t enough for a meal.
Valet parking is $ 8 but I heard that it wasn’t hard to find free street parking as well. Totally worth it since the tickets were complimentary :). I look forward to coming back here!

So loved this experience here last night. I saw Guys and Dolls and was super comfortable in the seats. The sound was spectacular. I caught every word and that never happens! (With me anyway.)
Beautiful theatre. Worth walking around to check out.
Enjoyed some small bites on the Promenade Terrace as this was a «first night» performance. Bites were from local restaurants– very nice. There were also complimentary cocktails served.
There is a bar outside of the elevator but no drinking in the theatre! …Just bottled water. People were hammering down their drinks last minute, not allowed onto the elevator.
Bathroom stall ran out of TP. They need to put some spares in there!
This was my first time at this theatre. I actually really like sitting on the top tier. Great view of the orchestra and the sound was perfect.
I like the idea of first nights! (Not just for the small bites!) There’s an energy of excitement! A cast can be as dialed in as they can, but the first night always has some bugs. And that’s real and fun to me. I’m keeping my eye on the schedule. I want come often. Just one more reason to love Los Angeles.

Thoroughly enjoyed Love Letters, thanks Brittany for organizing yet another great YEE event! The 9mins went by fast, so engrossed and pulled into the story line. Pretty amazing considering there were no props or costumes other than a table, 2 chairs. The closing reception turned out to be more substantial than we expected. Love the cocktail of the evening + lots of tasty bites that got is stuffed in no time. My favorite being the onion tarte.
Would be back for more shows to enjoy the more intimated theater seating.

Amazing! I have passed by this beautiful new building countless times but this is the first time I was able to attend an event here and actually go inside! I got tickets to see «Love Letters» via Unilocal Elite, which is definitely not a bad way to spend a Wednesday evening in my book. The crowd was mostly 30s-​60s and the tickets for this particular evening started at $ 49+. I knew nothing about this play but I found out after that the actors were the stars from the old classic, «Love Story»! I really enjoyed this play. The actors were sitting at a wooden table during the entirely of the performance, reading these «love letters» back and forth over the course of the characters’ lives. I thought it was clever, funny, witty, sad, and a beautiful story. Afterwards, there was a small reception in the garden patio area outside, with an open bar (don’t forget to tip!) and servers passing around various hours de vours (shrimp something, smores cookie, tiny chicken sandwich, cheese/​onion thing).
The Wallis also has free salsa lessons coming up on select Sundays, as well as a plethora of other dance/​music/​arts performances and plays. It’s definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area and want to spend the evening somewhere special.

Coming to this theater to watch Spring Awakening a few months ago was my first time visiting this theater, and I loved it! I used to drive by this area all the time, not realizing that I was passing by this gorgeous theater. I like that it’s a pretty small theater so basically every seat is a great seat, and it has a very intimate feeling. I like the patio outside, where they have various receptions. Also, everything in this theater seems so new, clean, and very well maintained. They also have very nice and friendly staff who are happy to be there, and happy to assist you. I just wished they had a larger bathroom, since it just has three stalls, and the line can get long, but it is a small theater so it’s understandable to have a smaller restroom.
Self parking is $ 8. I love the location of this theater too. You can park then dine at a nearly restaurant then walk back to the theater to catch the show! I recommend Il Pastaio!

I’ve been to the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts twice this year. The first time was earlier this year when I received a pair of complimentary tickets to the dramatic play, Dunsinane courtesy of Unilocal (belated thanks to Brittany F.).
I’m not one to accept a free ticket or meal without going back to a business on my own and in early October 2015, I went back to attend a special anniversary performance of dances choreographed by the legendary Twyla Tharp. Luckily, I was able to purchase an orchestra seat ticket at 30% off thanks to a discount offer on Blackboard Eats.
The Wallis consists of 2 performing spaces: The Bram Goldsmith Theater (500 seats) and the Lovelace Studio Theater (150 seats). I’ve been in the larger of the two for both the Dunsinane and Twyla Tharp shows this year. The theater is not as deep as the Pantages theater’s so the sets tend to be very minimalistic and staging of action is at times somewhat limited. However, the acoustics were very good on both visits and I felt were better than Dorothy Chandler Pavillion and UCLA’s Royce Hall. Even with orchestra seats way in back, my view of the stage and the performers was excellent. With the intimate size of the theater, terrace and balcony seats are of quality as well regarding views and sound.
The staff over the phone and in person are courteous, helpful and in my experience, not typically BH snooty.
There’s a public underground parking garage run by the City of Beverly Hills, but on performance days, the city jacks up the price to $ 8 – 10. Cheaper parking is available nearby, but the garage is well lit and seems safe with the bicycle patrol and staff on-​site.
The concessions are small, but offer wine, beer and snacks. Several eateries are within walking distance on Canon Drive and Santa Monica Boulevard. The ones on Canon Drive stay open later (Wally’s Beverly Hills located less than a block away closes at 2am). Some of the fine dining restaurants on Canon Dr. such as Spago and Scarpetta offer specials for Wallis theater goers. I much prefer the dining options and close proximity of restaurants to the Wallis than what’s available for UCLA’s Royce Hall.
On opening nights for shows, LAArtsOnline in conjunction with other sponsors such as Unilocal will offer complimentary snacks and souvenirs to all guests in courtyard facing Canon Dr. On other nights, they might offer free and complimentary performances such as jazz in the courtyard before the show — the Wallis sends out an email alert the day of.
The program offerings aren’t the strongest when compared to intimate theaters like Pantages or UCLA’s Royce Hall, but the pros outweigh the cons, which is why I’m a fan.

Thanks to Brittany F and Unilocal,I was able to get a pair of tickets to see «Spring Awakening» as performed by the Deaf West Theatre company.
I got really lucky and found street parking directly across the street from the theater, allowing me to avoid the $ 8 parking fee.
From the outside «The Wallis» is somewhat unique, the front façade is the original 1933 Beverly Hills Post Office. Once you walk inside and get 25 feet past the doors however, you’re moved directly to 2015. Everything else inside and around back in the large patio area is very modern and contemporary. Speaking of, there was a dessert reception in the patio prior to the show with a cash bar and vendors giving out dessert samples and coffees.
The show was in the very modern, 500-​seat Goldsmith Theater, located at the back of the building and downstairs. The theater has a great layout, comfy seats, etc.
Deaf West does their performances in both spoken English and sign language simultaneously. A very cool idea, allowing those with limited or no hearing to also enjoy live theatrical performances. As for «Spring Awakening» itself, the performers were quite good, but there were some audio, lighting and timing glitches, all of which while not ideal, were quite OK. However, I just couldn’t get into the story and wasn’t enjoying the show because of this, so I left at intermission.
OVERALL: The Wallis is a new, modern, contemporary performing arts space with plenty of room for live theater, dance, lectures & more.

What a beautiful theatre! Unfortunately it’s all the way over in Beverly Hills and not a fun drive, but well worth my hour in the car.
I went last Thursday to see a production of Spring Awakening by Drift West. My seat was probably the worst one in the house, but even so I was amazed by the production and talent I saw on the Wallis stage! While this review isn’t about the show I saw, I can’t help but emphasize how amazing this performance was.
The theatre itself was amazing– I decent sized space with intricate design along the sides. Comfortable seats and arm rests. Brand new! Hope to return soon.

This is such an amazing theatre. What a gift to Los Angeles. It’s the right size. Broadway size stage, but smaller, more intimate house, and the stadium sloping means every seat is a perfect view.
I saw Deaf West Theatre’s Spring Awakening. I was a little apprehensive about what seemed like a drastic change to a piece I love, but ASL truly added to the performance in every way. What a phenomenal cast and amazing artistry.
