We came here as a guest of a friend. That was over 7 years ago! We stayed because the instructors are amazing. We love our senseis!!! Great sense of community.
Shaolin kempo lineage. The kids grow through discipline, building self-esteem, confidence, earning respect and learning about social structures. Who would have thought that we’d still be here… and that I’d be taking it too!
Easy underground parking and two great restaurants in the same complex.
