1026 Photography

After being a loyal customer of Kerri’s for 2 years, she lost my son’s 2 year birthday photos before giving them to me. She has read and ignored every single one of my messages about losing them. I will NEVER use her again.

Military family who lived in Boston a little over a year ago. Used Kerri twice for family photos and other than it taking quite awhile to get our images each time we were happy with her and her talent. And then the problem… she ran a Black Friday sale in which I purchased a family package. I paid her $ 100 deposit and we moved to DC shortly after. We discussed and she assured me we would connect either here or there to do the photo shoot. I have been in Boston since and have tried to arrange on many occasions. I have followed up on 3 separate occasions acknowledging that the photo shoot is likely not going to happen and asking for her to just return the money. She has read and ignored every single message. I am incredibly disappointed in her business ethic and will no longer recommend her to any of my friends still in the Boston area.

I am so happy that we chose Kerri at 1026 Photography to do our newborn photos. She was wonderful with the baby — the reviewer that said she is a «baby whisperer» is spot on! She was always prompt and professional in all communication with me. What was important to me in picking a newborn photographer was quality of the pictures, price, and getting the actual files of the photos. Ordering expensive canvasses or professional grade framed pictures wasn’t what I was looking for. To be honest, I wanted the pictures to capture the baby when he was so new and sweet, and be able to order birth announcements and various other photo gifts from the general consumer sites like Shutterfly or TinyPrints. We just got our photos last night, and they’re AMAZING! With the package we picked, we got an online gallery link that I can send to friends and family to share (they can also buy from there if they would like), AND all of our edited photos in color AND black and white, which is a lot of pictures!
I can’t recommend Kerri enough — you and your baby will be in good hands, and get amazing photos that you can cherish forever in return! Definitely worth the investment (which was VERY reasonable, in my opinion)!

Kerri photographed my wedding on 10÷5÷2013 and she was so professional and genuinely a sweet person.
I guess I am sort or a laid back bride so I didn’t even think to take formal pictures with my husband but she insisted and I’m glad she did! I saw some teasers and they are just so great! Formal but casual and silly.
She blended in with our guests and I barely noticed her there half the time!
All in all the night was a great success and with Kerri’s help, we have some great memories that will last forever in Kerri’s beautiful photos!

Kerri (1026 Photography) provided great professional service the moment we contacted her regarding engagement photos. She was very responsive through email and/​or phone and addressed all of our questions and listened to our requests.
During the photo shoot, she was promptly on time at the location (even though we were late), and she made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. We went to the three locations we had originally planned for, but never felt rushed. It was a lot of fun shooting with her around downtown Boston.
The photos we received were creative and beautiful and Kerri definitely shows her talent. We highly recommend Kerri for her professional and excellent service.
