If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would have. My mother recently moved into an apartment in Salem that is «managed» by All County. Because she relocated from out of state, I had initially seen the apartment for her to see if it was worth it for her to make a visit. She opted to apply for the apartment under the condition that a few things would be repaired — a few loose doorknobs, a missing shower curtain rod, etc. After many MANY attempts, a handful of the items were fixed, though the front doorknob had to fall off completely multiple times in order for a handyman to be called. The real trouble started with the first snow storm of the season: no one came to plow out the parking lot, and none of the unit owners nor the management company knew whose job it was. It is printed quite clearly in the renters agreement that the tenant is not responsible for snow removal. My mother fell badly on the ice outside — which no one salted or sanded — and was trapped in her home before a personal friend of mine came over and plowed as a favor to me. We were assured at that time that this wouldn’t happen again. With the last snow that came through, whoever came to snow blow or plow left a 5 foot high wall against the garage where my mothers car was buried(and still is). After many emails and messages were left with Devin on the supposed«emergency line », there has still been no response. I can’t imagine what would happen in the event that there was a more severe emergency, as apparently no one checks any messages or cares to respond. I am beyond disgusted by the treatment All County Select would give a woman in her sixties, especially when she pays a large amount if money specifically for the benefit of not having to kill herself to keep up with the snow. She has already fallen once due to neglect of the property and is not interested in doing so again . It is now 3 days after the last snow storm and she has had to rely on others to help her run errands; she is unable to go to work, and not even the threat of not paying rent is enough to get anyone to care . Bottom line: if you or your loved one is looking for a place to rent, keep as far away as you can from this poorly run, sad excuse for a business.

We got into a house last August thanks to Devin and company. The previous tenants had destroyed the property, but Devin made sure that work was done on the house until it was adequate for renting. I can’t say enough good about All County Select and I know from experience they have been burned before.
