I’ve been a frequent customer here for years now. Without question, this is THE place for all of your IT needs! Their service and knowledge base are outstanding, but let me tell you why Beverly Computer is unique and incredible.
1. Confortable Familiarity. Unlike most businesses today, every time you call or stop by you will see the same faces. After awhile, they are like an extension of your family and they are part of the local neighborhood. That’s the way it was years ago, and we’ve lost that personal touch as a society. It’s always Paul and Steve and never some «new kid, fresh out of school,» who has no clue who you are and could care less. You won’t find this anywhere else today.
2. Honesty. I became a devoted customer when years ago I went running in to by something and instead of making a rather substantial sale, they were truthful and told me I did not need it and saved me hundreds. They earned both my business and my appreciation after that. See if you get that treatment at a major chain store? lol
3. Integrety and Trust. You can be assured that your equipment will be safe and cared for and ANY information that you may have on your machine will be kept private and between you and Beverly Computer. Again, this is from personal experience. They are 100% trustworthy. Would you have the kind of faith with a technician that you did not know and had not developed a personal/​business relationship with?
I met Paul and Steve, when a virus crashed my computer and I was panicked and terrified. I didn’t know where or who to turn to, up here on the North Shore. I am so glad that I went down to Bev. Comp. They saved my machine and recovered all of my data. You can be assured that they will do the best they can for you at a very resonable and fair price.
Even if I move from the North Shore, out of state or anywhere… I would travel back to Beverly Computer and would go any distance to deal exclusively with Paul and Steve. I have that much faith in their service.
Lastly, if you’re reading this now… do not hesitate, get down there today, or give Paul a phone call. You’ll sleep much better knowing your IT needs are in the hands of the best and most trusted service on the North Shore.

I’ve been in here a few times and it’s always the same great service. When I needed a part, they either had it, or offered to get it for me. When I had questions, they were always happy to answer. Finally, when my desktop crashed on me, I visited them again, this time to buy a laptop. Paul upgraded it for me, and made sure everything was updated, and ready to go.
