A good friend of mine has been having some trouble with her 12-​year old daughter, who has been going through a really moody and depressed stage and acting out a lot, especially in school. My friend wasn’t sure if it was just a phase, or if her daughter might have some kind of underlying learning issues.
I referred my friend to Dr. Paige Carambio, at C&C Psychological Services in the Cummings Center. Having consulted with Paige on a number of professional issues, I know her to be a calm, level-​headed sounding board. I knew that Paige would do whatever it took to help my friend and her daughter during a tough time.
From their first meeting with Paige, my friend and her daughter both felt totally at ease. They were able to schedule the evaluation right away and the report they received was straightforward and very helpful. Paige also went above and beyond when it came to advocating for my friend’s daughter to have the accommodations she needed in school. I will continue to recommend Paige in the future, for her outstanding track record and calming presence.
