This place is excellent and a definite recommendation! I stumbled upon Dom’s while traveling through the area on business. A quick search by customer review put Dom’s at the top of the list and I couldn’t agree more. Many ready to eat options(slices, lasagna, stuffed bread, etc), stuffed pizza, paninis, and many other classic dishes made choosing lunch difficult. The Tuscan Chicken panini was excellent. Great bread and fresh ingredients really knocked this sandwich out of the park. Glad I got there when I did because it got busy fast but obviously they’re used to it because they handled no problem. They also cater and there’s a risk of them being closed during the week — especially in the summertime — so it’s a good idea to call ahead to make sure they’re open. No doubt about it — I’ll be back!

This is a small and cozy italian café located in Beverly Farms. The owners and staff are very warm and welcoming. They use FRESH and NATURAL ingredients which is excellent with many specials, even yummy deserts. Worth a try this not like all the other pizza/sub shops it is more like chef quality food because it is. They do close early and the prices are high but worth it.

Mixed feelings about this place. The food is REALLY fantastic. For sure. But, several times that I have tried to go here they’ve been closed for no apparent reason. I know this has happened to a few of my friends too. I’d highly recommend calling ahead of time just to make sure they’re open. That being said, that food is DELICIOUS. The portions are extremely generous. I got just spaghetti and meatballs and got two solid meals out of it. The salads and bread are great sides. My fiancé got a shepherds pie(very random) but he couldn’t have liked it any more. Really well made. The atmosphere is really cozy; fantastic for dates. Not a huge space so I wouldn’t recommend it for larger groups. Overall, they would’ve had five stars from me if they were open the past two attempts I made to go there.

Needed a quick lunch was fighting a cold. Walked in the door and the first thing the woman behind the counter said was that they had just made a vegetarian lentil soup w/fresh veggies, garlic – sold! Wow, some of the best lentil soup I have had, and some warm crusty sourdough. It was excellent. And such warm friendly people.

This is my rainy-day haven of warmth and good food! I love the warm, genial atmosphere and the caring cooks who prioritize fresh, local ingredients and small farm meats while still maintaining great prices. The food is delicious! Don’t mistake it for just a pizza joint. Whatever they make fresh in the showcase is not to be missed. EVerything is homemade — pasta, bread, pizza dough, quiche, yum! I still don’t think I’ve ordered off the menu yet. Angela does sneaky things like use enriched pasta, whole wheat flour in the cookies(you would never guess), and a whole veggie serving of cauliflower purée in the mac n cheese(creamy and delicious and again you would never guess.) The do some local school lunch programs so you can be sure they have trustworthy options for the special diets out there too(gluten free, etc.)

New to the area and have been here twice now, and ordered pizza a number of times. My most recent trip i sat down for dinner, and ordered the daily special which came highly recommended by both the staff and patrons already eating there, it was a fresh garden vegetable ragu on polenta cakes, I also added sausage for a little extra meat. It lived up to the hype, SOGOOD, huge chunks of fresh veggies in a fresh tomato ragu, and the polenta was smooth and delicious. I ate half and took the other half home for lunch the next day, and Im a pretty big eater. All things considered that makes the price really good. My girlfriend had a stuffed bread with chicken, broccoli and a few other things, also delicious, the bread was thin with just the right balance of crispy and chewy. I have had a sausage pasta dish with veggies there too, also top notch, salads are really fresh and delicious. The pizzas are some of the best around, its true. A little on the pricey side for a pizza but you get what you pay for, and if you get one with some other menu items it balances out. I love the atmosphere. The people who work there are really friendly and seem passionate about what they do. I feel lucky to live so close to a gem like this! I plan on going back over and over again.

They definitely receive points for letting us borrow a bottle opener so we could drink a few Harpoon IPA’s while we waited for our food(no liquor license). I was slightly underwhelmed by the pizza, but pleased with my overall experience. I am willing to give it another shot though, and hopefully I will be updating this with another star.

Went to Dom’s after the owners came into my restaurant and we started talking. I could not say enough good things about them, I felt like I have to support them in there venture. I walked into Dom’s with high expectations and they did not disappoint. I wanted to try a few things so my girlfriend and I got mac and cheese a stuffed bread and a pasta. I absolutely would recommend the stuffed bread it was great. Torie loved the mac and cheese and the pesto mac was very good. I know why they have the rep that they do now and I will be back and recommend them to anybody.

I don’t know where to begin… I can’t say enough good things about Dom’s.(I eat lunch here regularly, I haven’t been for dinner.) Let me explain how it works, while Dom’s does have some sort of menu, I’ve never ordered off of it. You walk in and you ask Angela what they have prepared that day. Usually they have a couple of different types of quiche, stuffed breads, a soup of the day, a pasta style side dish, cookies, and a fruit dessert. However, there are always surprises and it is different every day. The real magic here is that everything is homemade and made fresh. So much so that that timing can be critical. If you go too early, the lunch items may not ready yet, if you go too late, there won’t be much left. The food is based around Italian cooking but every style they attempt is usually great. Their quiches have spoiled me. When I’m at another restaurant and see quiche, my first thought is «It can’t be as good as Dom’s, so why bother.» I had haddock chowder here and it was amazing. I had pulled pork and it was delicious. Occasionally, there will be something I’m not crazy about but I always know that I’m getting food that has been made with heart and style and they like to get feedback. 9 times out of 10, I walk out of here thinking«how do they do it every day. It’s so damn good.»

Returned here for a takeout dinner. The special was Braciole served over a wide flat pasta. It was so good that both of us moaned while eating it. Tender, and stuffed with roasted peppers and spices. SO yummy. I’ve eaten here 4 or 5 times now, and haven’t had a non-stellar meal.

That’s-a tough meatball! Luckily, the homemade bread and cookies saved the evening.

I almost hate to give this place 2 stars, but I had a really mixed experience here. I went for a late lunch since I was in the area, and Unilocal on iPhone recommended it quite highly. Perhaps I should have gone for the sandwiches, but this was a pasta day. I ordered capellini pasta with pesto and shrimp. I prefer my pesto to be fairly rough, with big flecks of basil and so on. This was a really blended pesto, but that’s not really a deal breaker. One of my shrimps was rotten. That’s a deal breaker.(The weird thing is that my first shrimp was super fresh, and I overheard the cook saying she’d never buy farmed shrimp — obviously she cares…) That said, the pasta was perfectly cooked(which is particularly impressive since it was capellini, probably the easiest pasta to overcook) and the dish was served with a huge chunk of grilled bread, and the bread was really good. Like, REALLY good. Having eaten a rotten shrimp, I needed some kind of polar opposite flavor, so I got a chocolate chip cookie. It was probably the best chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had. Crunchy on the outer edge, chewy inside, perfectly browned, just the right amounts of vanilla flavor balanced against the right amounts of brown sugar, with permanently melted high quality chocolate chips and the perfect chocolate to cookie ratio. It was the chocolate chip cookie against which all chocolate chip cookies should be measured. If I had gone in and only had the cookie, this place would be an easy five stars. So, go for the baked goods. See if the shrimp is fresh, and don’t get the pesto, and you’ll probably have a good experience. (Oh, service was great too. Consider it 2.5 stars overall.)

This place rocks! Yes, I miss Defusco’s, but this place is good. Their caprese sandwich is huge and delicious and the desserts are great. I am dying to trying the pizza and a pasta dish. The owners are super friendly and will answer any questions that you have. Seating is limited. Added benefit: can save for your Upromise account here.
