The last few experiences have improved. The employees have been much more pleasant and professional. Heading in the right direction. I don’t like to be all negative so I wanted to include an honest update of good service as well.

I frequent this Dunkin Donuts because it’s near my place of employment but lately I go to the one closest to my home because the morning workers look act and seem so miserable. They never smile have puss faces and attitude. Very unbecoming and very unprofessional!
A smile and a friendly personality go a looonnnggg way. I’ve even asked the manager… «do these girls ever smile» ??? If I we’re their boss… They would be gone.
Again… If you don’t like your job… Then quit!
People like this should not be working with the general public. Seriously… I walk out so disgusted.
No tip for you!!!
