Such a relaxing and therapeutic way to treat yourself. Love the reiki and thai body massage but my favorite is the foot reflexology. heaven!

Made the appointment online — got the confirmation and it was empty when I arrived. I got there 10 mins before my appointment. No one showed up. 5 mins after the appointment was suppose to start, I called and got vm. They don’t check it during the weekend & only check it once a day during the week. I get I made the appointment the night before, if you run a business, you should check and respond if you can’t make it.

I had a chakra /​tarot session with Olga, it was very relaxing and informational. She has a very calming personality, very enlightening session.
I am looking forward to going back!

I have had Thai Body Works and Thai Foot Reflexology. Olga is amazing. She was spot on in pinpointing my the parts of my body that needed healing. This includes body, mind, and spirit. I am so happy I found Olga and am looking forward to our next session.

I love this place. I discovered it by using a Groupon a couple of years ago, and it has been my go to massage place ever since. I have had various massage therapists here, but the best are really Maria and Plamen for different reasons. Maria gives the most relaxing massage in the world. She uses aromatherapy and a combo of massage and reiki. I don’t know what it is but my muscles just relax with her touch. Bliss! Plamen will give you a work out! Deep tissue and lots of stretching out. If you have an injury or any stiffness, Plamen will work it out for you. Felt great after a hard work out and related soreness. Olga is wonderful for reiki and so flexible with scheduling and offering specials. The location, while in an office park, is actually very quiet. I look forward to trying some of their yoga specials that include massage! You really won’t be dissappointed with your massage here.

I didn’t notice this with either of me my first two visits, but they actually send you a detailed description of where to park and walk in so that you will not be confused when looking for their office.
Plamen is great! Olga (the owner) offers specials if you’re a regular.

Always a pleasure to visit eternal balance. Olga is an insightful and intuitive reiki practitioner. Both Plamen and Maria do a great job as well. Plamen will really get your sore spots and you’ll feel brand new after a few visits. Maria does some interesting things with aromatherapy during her sessions as well. I’ve been visiting here consistently for about 8 months after trying out a few places, and I don’t want to go anywhere else!

I went here today for a Thai bodywork session. Olga was the practitioner. Having never had Thai bodywork before I wasn’t sure what to expect.
It was heavenly! You lie on a memory foam mat on the floor while Olga stretches out your body head to toe. It’s so incredibly relaxing. I’m waiting to see if I notice any lasting effects but so far so good.

). This was my first massage every. I have been having some upper back pain for quite a while, and I decided that I would try this before hitting up the Doctor or doing anything more drastic.
I had Plamen for my 60 –minute deep tissue massage, and that man is the best thing that ever happened to my back he gets five starts (my girlfriend also had a 60 minute session with him and said he is awesome).
The décor is very eastern (ish) but I found the whole experience very relaxing and Plamen is a master of his craft. My back and shoulders have not felt this good in quite some time. I would highly recommend Eternal Balance and Plamen to anyone looking to get myofascial massage work done.

I went to Eternal Balance due to purchasing a Groupon deal for a 1-​hour massage. However, my massage only lasted 48 minutes from when I walked into the office until I walked out (I know this since I sent a text message immediately before entering the office and checked the time when I left).
I also mentioned to the massage therapist that I would particularly like my lower back worked on due to sciatic pain; She didn’t massage low enough on my back, not even touching where my sciatic pain originates.
I give 2 stars since the rest of my massage was good.

First time that I ever had a massage. Person giving the massage was XolaRose. She was great, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Had initial fears that a deep tissure massage would be tough on my body and what I was getting was nice but not tough on my body. Told her this and she said that it could go deaper if I wished. I said a little deeper would be fine, since what I was getting was nice and when she went deeper it was nicer. Left there totally relaxed and will be back.
Would have given 5 stars if this was not my first massage.

I bought a Groupon for a massage. I had a really hard time getting and appointment but made one a MONTH AND A HALF in advance and they called me 14 hours before my appointment to cancel. They never appologized or offered to accommodate reschedulling me in any way. I’m going back to Groupon and asking for my money back, I shouldn’t have to pay for something they literally won’t let me know. I mean how unprofessional, they didn’t even give me 24 hours notice. The appointment was for the day before Thanksgiving so someone obviously decided last minute to take the day off.…I can’t even say I“m disappointed because they literaly wouldn’t see me for to try their SERVICES!

1 Star for the décor, 4 for the actual massage 2 for the overall I had a groupon for a 90 minute deep tissue massage for this place & today is my birthday so I decided to book the apt for today. When I arrived the door was open and their was a tiny waiting room with one chair and a desk. Two doors were closed and had signs that said massage in session please be quiet. I arrived at 11:45 am for a 12 pm appointment.
At 12:15 one of the massage therapists finally came out and seemed surprised to see me, she asked if I had a massage and again seemed a little surprised when i said yes, it was supposed to start 15 minutes ago.
With little apology and just some mumbling about a mixed up schedule, she got me in the room quickly. The bed is not heated at all, and the music player was «broken» so there was only silence, and noise from the outside. Apparently there is a children speech therapy office next door, not exactly relaxing.
That being said, Lisa (? I think, she never actually introduced herself) gave a strong pressure and enjoyable deep tissue massage. I enjoyed the massage but the ambiance, lateness and minimalism (no heat, no music, no receptionist, no bathroom in the office) would have me choose somewhere else to spend $ 100 for 90 minutes (regular price).

I have attended a number of workshops at Eternal Balance and have always been impressed by the content of the workshops. The space is relaxing, clean, and comfortable. Olga is a wonderful host. Looking forward to my next visit.

It’s been almost 3 weeks since I went to Eternal Balance for a Reki session with Olga. I don’t have anything to compare this experience, but I can tell you that I was nervous and had no idea what to expect.
Cummings Center is HUGE, but once inside the building it is easy to find the right place. Olga met me and went through my expectations (which was great) and then told me how the hour would go.
It took me about 10 minutes to relax and then before I knew it my hour was up. Olga told me what she felt about specific areas of stress and struggle. They were identical to how I had been feeling, and nothing I told her in the beginning. She gave me some things to focus on, affirmations to help me through the day, etc. After three weeks I realize how this really has helped me to work through some blocks. Nice location, very calming room, Olga was kind and knowledgeable. If you are new to reki and want to try it out, this is the place to start. On-​line booking and a first time coupon.
