My husband and I moved to MA from Vermont. We didn’t know anyone and we didn’t know where to live. All we had were jobs in the city and a love for the North Shore. Mark Wade (and Armstrong Field) helped us find the perfect place to call home (and he negotiated us a fabulous deal). We weren’t easy! We met with Mark weekend after weekend for about 2 – 3 months. He took us to every condo they had to sell in Salem. Mark was knowledgable, compassionate to our requests and completely available to us at a moments notice. He helped us through the «First Time Home Buyer» lack of information with no trouble at all. We’ve already signed Mark up for the resale and new search when we’re ready for something bigger!
