Ive been here a couple times to print large amounts of copies on short notice. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick! Much quicker than going to make copies at UPS. Nice local shop that has a lot of copy + print services.

I had ordered a special product from them in small quantity to see about the quality and they did a great job, so I ordered more. Still nice, although I had to wait a few days for their printer to be fixed. I waited this time because I was getting a good product. So I sent in an order for a larger quantity, and never heard anything back. I sent it in again with a request to let me know if it was possible, using words like, «I love your work» and «just let me know a time estimate.» I waited and called and was given no information about when it would be ready – however I was getting the vibe that they didn’t want to do it. I called a few times and a very cranky guy kept putting me off. Eventually I got someone to tell me that they wanted to double the price for the product (apparently they had been undercharging) and still would not get it to me within a decent time frame. I would have paid the double price; it seemed like they didn’t want to tell me the truth that they wanted more money for it, and therefore allowed me to wait 2 weeks for them to tell me this – in the meantime, my deadline is SWIFTLY approaching. Very short with me on the phone and basically just said «We don’t want your business» and complained about how long it took to print the items. Cry me a river, boys. I took it to Daily Printing in Beverly Farms and they printed them all for me in 10 minutes with no notice – just a walk in. Their product was just as good, and their service was awesome.

I have to revise my review of Minuteman Beverly. Soon after posting my review the owner, contacted me via Unilocal mssg and offered to personally be in charge of my next order! I don’t often need printing and copying services, but the next time I do, I’ll give Minuteman another chance. Kudos to them for being responsive.
