The worst financing experience ever imagined. We spent 4 weeks finding, signing and faxing a plethora of documents only to be strung along. We missed our financing deadline and she asked for an additional 2 week extension! At that point we learned from other Realtors that our experience wasn’t unusual. If by some twist of fate you find yourself speaking with them for financing — please don’t believe a word she says and run the other way!
Fortunately we went to TD Bank and not only did they have a much lower rate, we had a commitment letter in our hands in LESS THAN A WEEK.
Usually I focus on the positive with places but I don’t want anyone else to go through this miserable experience if they don’t have to.
