Reasonable pricing and the customer service is so nice. They are alway so nice on the phone.

I found the service to be fine, at least acceptable, what do you really want? I want good pizza! They deliver on just that every time! Super fresh, NOTGREASY, and a great variety of gourmet pizza. The appetizers are great as well with variety and quality. Delivery was on time and HOT still. Lots of family owned pizza places around but this one is consistently the BEST!

When you order over the phone the person taking the orders acts like you are annoying for wanting food. I assume the employees are family since the other negative Unilocal reviews seem to have the same opinion. Good food. Poor service, incorrect orders. Good luck…

Just ordered a sub and the girl behind the counter is very rude. I didn’t order anything difficult, it wasn’t 5m before closing, and I was not rude at all but she didn’t let me even describe what I wanted and looked at me like I was doing something wrong. Made me feel very uncomfortable and I definitely wouldn’t go back there.

I’ve been ordering from this place for years, but lately something has gone south with them. I’ve had a poor experience with rude girls taking my order on the phone and worse, one of my recent pizzas was undercooked. If they go back to the prinzis I remember from years past this ranking would be 4 – 5 stars.

Real bad service. Ordered four different types of wings for $ 23 and expected to get your typical wings with the chicken covered in the sauce… little to my surprise i got a chinese style fried chicken wing and a bunch of kens sauces. So we then called and expected some type of a refund or maybe another delivery. All the guy would give me was three dollars off my next order. If your looking for any food that Prinzi’s has… go to Mike’s.

good food! a very nice pizza at this place. it’s REAL dough — hand-made/formed — not that pizza hut style/frozen/pre-made crap. sauce is traditional style not sweet HFCS crap. the girl at the counter was nice and helpful :)

They’re priced great and most of the food is really good… however sometimes the pizza has a weird aftertaste. Not my first choice.

We’re new to the neighborhood and tried Prinzi’s out because it is close by. I ordered a steak bomb and a calzone. The bomb was ready significantly ahead of the calzone and sat on the counter getting cold while the calzone cooked. In addition to being on the cool side the bomb was small without much meat inside. There is no comparison to the bomb at super sub. The Calzone was hot but just average at best. Much better calzones can be had at Beverly House. I should have known not to expect much as the place had very little customer traffic at supper time on a Saturday night. That alone should have been a warning sign. To sum it up it wasn’t the worst food I have eaten but it certainly isn’t worth a return trip.

There was nothing especially special about Prinzi’s pizza, except for the fact that it tasted great for bargain basement pricing. We ordered a large two toping pizza, and I was shocked that they said the price was barely over 10. The Italian/Pizza market is over saturated in Mass, but I’d strongly recommend this place for a tasty pie.

I was a huge fan of this place for years. Recently the pizza’a are either perfect or lousy. I guess it might depend on who’s cooking. It is not worth the crap shoot to keep going there.

Best Pizza in Beverly! No sweet sauce crapola! :) Ordered 6 pizzas the other day for my little ones birthday party — priced great, delicious and driver was on time. The only one pizza I would not get again was the Shrimp Scampi. This is now the ONLY pizza place in Beverly we’ll be ordering from!

We have gotten pizza here a few times. The prices are reasonable(specials early in the week) -$ 7 for a medium cheese /$ 10 large cheese. They are really good about marketing themselves with coupons and even a free pizza for new residents. Tonight I got my free pizza. It was ok. I would go here again with a coupon. The service was fast and friendly. The pizza is decent. I prefer Greek style and this is more Neapolitan with a real thin crust, a lot of cheese, hint of sauce. They also have a full menu of subs and salads. 3 stars

God, it’s pathetic my obsession with pizza. I am a crazed cheese-and-tomato pie addict. I would probably have 10% lower body fat if not for my taste in pizza. That being said, if you have this similar addiction, then you will definitely appreciate Prinzi’s. I’ve been ordering takeout and delivery from them ever since I moved to Beverly in the Fall of ’07. I order pizza on average of once a week and being that I am incredibly frugal these days, it’s Prinzi’s pizza I have been chowing down on regularly because of the great value they offer. What’s key to their success in being on top of my go-to pizza joint list is their Sunday-through-Tuesday $ 5.99 large cheese takeout-only special. For two large pizzas with a few toppings thrown on, I get a good three meals at least for approximately $ 15 or so. That’s an average of $ 5 a meal to start. Yee-haw. Their normal menu prices are probably some of the best in Beverly next to Maria’s for pizza establishments. They have a huge selection of specialty pizzas and it is here that Prinzi’s pizza really shines. There is also a wheat crust option for all you health nuts out there, which I guess is the equivalent of getting a diet coke with your Big Mac and large fries. Join the movement and order Prinzi’s for the best valued pizza pig out in Beverly.

Where has this place been the past year and a half? I’ve been looking for a good slice of pie since moving to the Beverly area from out of state. So far, this place has the best pizza I’ve been able to find in the Beverly/Hamilton area.

These guys do a great job with their Italian-style pizza. Its been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. They have a huge selection of toppings and sauces. The service here has always been friendly. You can’t forget the $ 5.99 large cheese pizza deal on Mondays and Tuesdays, definitely a good value. There is limited space for eating in, just a few booths, and it gets pretty hot in the summer with the ovens on all day, so take out is probably the best option. But my favorite thing here is the calzones. The best I have had on the north shore. Hand made for that real«from scratch» feeling. Try a chicken parm with crispy chicken, tomato sauce, and mozzarella. This is one of my regular stops for take-out on my way home from work.
